Adam-12 is an American police procedural crime drama television series created by Robert A. Cinader and Jack Webb and produced by Mark VII Limited and Universal Television. Adam-12 stars Martin Milner and Kent McCord, with several recurring co-stars, the most frequent being William Boyett and Gary Crosby. I’m so glad I found your channel. I love looking at all of the great cars that were on the road while I was growing up in the 60s. Especially Adam 12, my dad loved cop shows and this was one of his favorites. Another great show with a lot of different sets of wheels is the Mod Squad. The first ride of the trio was an iconic 1950 Woody wagon that met a sad end, followed by a variety of Mopar muscle. Throughout the series, there were other cars that were prominently displayed… Corvette stingray convertibles and Rolls Royces just to name a few and plenty of motorcycles as well. The series it has 126 episodes so it’s a lot to go through but worth it just to check out all of the great cars.

My mom had a 1970 Plymouth Belvedere Station wagon through much of the 70s. It was metallic bright blue, with lots of chrome, and the front end looked like the Adam 12 car 🚙 with a wagon back end it was really basic with a 318 2 barrel and was quick and comfortable for a wagon. It was my first car in my junior year and I had a lot of fun times in that car, I installed a custom stereo system with amp and 8 track and quad speakers I even installed triaxials in the hard bed in back that I could raise and blast rock at parties at the lake, etc even put a thin mattress in back and blankets to take dates to the drive in, had a LOT of dates back there!! If that car could talk my mom would have been shocked!! 😂

Nice re-creation of Jack Webb's voice! BTW, it's a "1967 E-Type," not "XKE."

They didn't mention the 1959 Cadillac--a white Series 62 Four Window Sedan--which appears in the background of several episodes.

From 4:29 to 4:45, you missed the 1968 Chevelle SS396. It's gold with a black vinyl top.

All great cars they drove, pulled over and the ones in the background during their entire run.. Didn't care too much for the AMC Matador's they had to use near the end of the run, but hey... Pete was very proud of his brand new one.. Why he gave up the 68 Mustang convertible I'll never know! You could always tell who sponsored the vehicles in any of the popular shows of that era by how many of them you would see in all the scenes!

It kinda sounds like Malloy and Reed doing the narrating.

This vlogger seems to find voice actors that sound similar to the series regulars like Reed and Malloy . While others are concentrating on the vintage cars !

With the only black Police officer the Plymouth. This was a fun show shown at family hour with nothing controversial except the lads using the Plymouth to pick up a Christmas tree one episode. The writers clearly had fun inserting reference to how bland the show is: with Officer Molly quibbing in another episode "that life would be dull if we were all the same" cracking one of his rare smiles.

There was one episode, not sure which season, in which there was a beautiful white 66 Charger parked in front of a Shell station. It was just there as background but it could not have looked any better if it had been staged there by the Chrysler marketing staff. Ok, maybe it was staged there but it sure was eye catching!
