As an Ohioan, if anyone ever does decide to do a 50 state road trip there are a few things you can do in Ohio. King's Island and Cedar Point are fun amusement parks, Hocking Hills is beautiful, Cincinnati is a beautiful city however there isn't a whole lot of night life and in Columbus you got a bit more of a party scene, there's stuff to do on Lake Erie, and there's a lot of professional and college sports if you're into that. I (both as a fan and your "guide") would recommend watching/tailgating Bengals, Bearcats football, Buckeyes football and basketball, Cavaliers, and FC Cincinnati games. Also, I would definitely recommend trying goetta, Cincinnati-style chili, and Graeter's ice cream.
