The 1s and 0s in the mirror, when reflected, is 666 in binary, which is a number associated with the devil. Also it's a reference to The Shining, where "Redrum" turned into "Murder". Of course, the episode title The Honking is also a reference to The Shining.
@davidwuhrer67042 жыл бұрын
Strictly speaking, it is the number of the beast in John's apocalypse. The beast has lots of curious properties and features, and is a politician. The text itself doesn't say anything about the devil, the beast being the devil is a loose interpretation. Other interpretations read it as the Antichrist (curiously the text also doesn't say anything about a christ, or the Christ, either), which some believe to be the son of Satan (who also doesn't feature explicitly in the text itself), who may or may not be the devil. Religious mythology makes DC comics seem coherent by comparison.

This doesn't fit in a byte because it's 10 bits, but it would fit in, say an int16 where you'd show it as 0000001010011010 . (also, if anyone cares: before mirroring it's 357 in decimal)
