Along with these tech parks, Bengaluru desperately needs state of the art waste waster treatment plants and solid waste management !!! Not to mention the pathetic state of the roads in the city... The current roads are already reeling under insane amounts of stress. Improving public transport is critical for furthering development or even for optimal realization of the already built structures. Else these structures would add to Bengaluru's s problems and ironically impede growth. It is time to divert some of the work from BBMP'S hands and come up with another agency to help BBMP. Or we've got to come up with other creative solutions. No point in blaming the system.

There should be IT & BT Parks and Manufacturing Hub in North Bangalore like Chikkabanavara, Heseraghata, Nelamangala, Yediyuru, Tumkur why because this region where most of the Railway line from Karnataka joins towards Yesvantpur Railway Station like Mangalore, Hassan, Dharward which makes it easier for people and goods to export or import Port in Mangalore Udupi. Also it is near to Devanahalli International Airport.

All product & chip based companies (Samsung, ARM, Nvidia, Qualcomm, AMD) prefer to be in mahadevpura, brookfield. Even nvidia was in manyata tech park hebbal moved to mahadevapura due to availability of skillset and resources/engineers. bcoz many familiies settled in mahadevpura, brookfield, marathahalli side. So nvidia had no choice other than move to this location. ITPL, Brookfield has Automotive companies (Aptiv, Harman, Infineon, Benz R&D), so its grouping of companies, so its easy for them to attract talent resources. And electronic city has mainly services companies and bosch.. manyata tech park has cognizant, and many banking and fintech service companies.. so its based on requirement of these Tech-companies these parks are made. @@Hari-ur9ve Yes your right. The State Govt created Electronic City and attracted IT Industry either near Electronic City or Whitefield which was near old Airport. Now every Industries is located in these 2 location in Bangalore. These location South Bangalore are also near Tamil Nadu Border. And Recently state Govt worried about traffic congestion in these location. North Bangalore have it's own advantage and slowly few companies are moving to North Bangalore. State Govt Converted Devanahalli Industrail Area into IT Companies Area. Mr Modi also Visited to Tumkur to inaugurate HAL Helicopter Factory in Tumkur. Also Pheripharal Road Connectivity Project and Pune - Bangalore expressway Connectivity is going on North Bangalore. Land is still available here for Development compared to South Bangalore which is expensive now. Next 10 - 20 years There may be many Companies shifting it's base from South Bangalore to North Bangalore. Major Attraction is Railway Connectivity, Port Connectivity and Airport Connectivity. Earlier days Bangalore -Mangalore Railway line was not connected and Devanahalli International Airport was not there so majority Industry went with Bangalore - Chennai Railway Line route which is a inter state good supply Taxation and Old Airport at Kodihalli. Now situation have changed.

This is pathetic thing, most can't travel and have to purchase the near by apartment or anything by paying high price along with water mafia. If they make companies scatter, then then those who work for that perticular company stay near by and so does apply to other companies as well. Also this will stop over priced land (artificial price hikes), other areas too will develop. Today Bangalore is worst, just stay for job. Bangalore worst for its: 1) Commercial like mall, etc 2) Traffic and crowded 3) Staying or survivability makes of middle class or poor is hard. 4) Water scarcity for sure (basic amenities). Investing on water scarcity apartments or sites are worst investment, good to tell but hard to live
