Can they protect the abused woman who lives in danger of losing her life while she’s trying to gather evidence of abuse? Even no fault divorce leaves women behind the 8 ball

You are glowing today. The decision to harm women further is another right political wing ploy. 😢

"No fault of mine" Divorces. I always tell the Groom to flee! _Haw ...Haw!_ I have been married 28 years on a life sentence, thought I'd be Paroled after 20.

Personally I want to see no fault divorce continued but the property settlement be modified in events of marital misconduct. An example is my 74 year old step father who divorced my 86 year old mother when she began to exhibit dementia symptoms. He worked part time (when he worked) during their marriage and was a profligate spender; mom was the primary earner. And the divorce was precipitated when he began an affair with their next door neighbor. Current laws allowed him half of all of their assets though he contributed far less to those assets and chose to cut and run when he had a chance. Consequently I do think there should be provisions for accounting for marital misconduct in the property division,
