I'ld like to know why my 27 inch 4K Benq monitor (running at 60 hertz) flickers like crazy every time I launch Apple Music on my Mac Studio.

Specificity helps, what model, connection type, computer, os, etc? Or you can contact your local BenQ support. We can go from there.

@@ArtIsRight Thanks, I have the PD2705U model. I have tried to contact Benq - no response. Running the latest Mac Ventura on a Max Studio M1 Max with 64 gig of memory. Plugged into an OWC Thunderbolt 4 dock. It only happens when I launch Apple Music - strange. I'll try to contact Benq support again too.

That is very specific and strange. I don't feel that BenQ can offer you that much advice beyond just basic trouble shooting. Personally I would try by passing the Dock and see if the issue still occur. Start there. They would tell you to do the same thing. If you want to diagnose this with me, send me a dm on fb page or insta, it is faster.

@@ArtIsRight Thanks Art. I don't have FB and IG, but I did go through the steps you suggested and it does appear that it must be the docking station causing it. I was connected directly the HDMI port and it resolved the flickering when launching Apple music - strange! THANKS AGAIN!!
