I’m still trying to figure out WHY he has the rocket launcher instead of the Scatter Blaster. One hill I will stand on is that the weapons in the Cybertron games are the best looking ones in the franchise. Though I will also say some of then look fucking stupid when a part of the hand (Megatron’s Fusion Cannon, Optimus’ Ion Blaster, the Scatter Blaster (WfC version) and the Energon Pistol all would have looked better hand-held, but the X-18 Scrapmaker from FoC for example imo looks much more badass as a hand-transformed gun, as it’s basically 2 miniguns welded together). I legit look forward to you eventually doing the big roast video on the High Moon games. Cause I grew up with them, so I’d love to hear opinions on them from someone not blinded by nostalgia.

Evan came out and said that that chart of the scorponoks was wrong with the naming. They're meant to be based off their old incarnations. So the blue/purple is Scorponok, red is Double punch, and the green is Sandstorm. Nothing's wrong about the new release, just that chart was wrong.

Sentinel Primes plane mode wasn’t supposed to look like it does on the Prime Changer box art. The one on the box art for the Prime Changer is just an altered Seeker jet mode. The Voyager version most likely has the jet mode Sentinel would actually have if he transformed.

From what i heard, the reason why the new SS wave is mostly repaints, is because retailers last minute requested a entire wave to be stocked during their spring reset in febuary, so hasbro didnt have enough time to create fully new molds, so they went back and released some figures they designed, but never fully released... Also fun fact, that new BBM bee that was revealed yesterday is also not a new mold, it was that unknown bumblebee figure in the BwB hound and hatchet wave that got canned... (Hatchet also seems horribly mistransformed in all the promo pics, as the inhand pics actually look great) Edit: they probably made missing link sunstreaker because the og mold is actually missing, so he actually fits the missing link quite well... Edit 2: the retro inspired bumblebee is the earthrise mold because the 86 bee mold is currently being used elsewhere, theres apparently some rule that molds cant be used for different things at once, its why that leaked marvel soundwave got canceled, it was because the legacy figure was in devolopment, and the mold was just not avalable...

@@PerspectiveEnd gears mold was avalable because his and smallfoots production cycle ended about a month before his release, so at the current moment there are no new united gears/SFs being made 86 bee is a A-level figure, so hes constantly being manufactured until the next A-level wave launches It is a tad bit lazy for BBM bee, however considering the time constants that the retailers put on hasbro, it makes somewhat sense The G1 sunstreaker mold was litterally lost, takara nor hasbro knows where it went Infact, there are several G1 molds that went missing or got destroyed Examples: G1 wheeljack, mirage, the dinobots, sunstreaker, g1 optimus trailer all have ether been damaged, destroyed, or went missing (The retro G1 optimus that recently came out actually has a newly molded trailer)

Pretty much how I felt for every one of these reveals. So little here to subjectively care about. Which is really good because now I have money to budget 86 Devestator, and AOTP Megatronus The Fallen. Devastator is subjectively best in his combined mode, but Megatronus looks like effort was actually put in this time with the sculpt, and accessories. Hard to belive they could do all that at a Leader Budget considering Armada Megatron came with only a detachable barrel.

Random IT Support from the Random IT Guy (that's me): New Keyboard that's going out. Depends. IF CABLE or DONGLE BASED - Check if there's driver or supporting software. For example, I know Logitech has software that's kinda required. - Move the USB to a different location / port. If it's a tower, move it from the front to back ports, or vice versa. - If it's plugged into a Hub / Dock / Monitor, move it to the actual system - If dongle based, make sure there's not different modes. For example, some headsets will have multiple signal modes based on Bluetooth, radio, etc. Different signals work better for different computers Happy to help further. Hit me up.

Speaking of the ending, but TF One didn't even make it's money back. It didn't make back the marketing budget, just production. Also, Scrapper and Bonecrusher are continuing this sea of suckage as Scrapper is literally a voyager-priced Deluxe and Bonecrusher's arms and alt mode are worse than the older Combiner Wars one. But Megatronus seems to ROCK. I'd really want that Naruto, bit they're asking for Leader Class pricing for it, screw that noise even with the toad he's a Voyager. Heck I'd be fine paying $40 to cover licensing, but $55 is a no go. Also that's was the leaked "Project Tails", which means Batman and Sonic the Hedgehog crossover figures are coming soon.

The Production budget was like 78 Million, and they phoned in the Marketing so it probably wasn't another full 78 they spent on it, so 140 pretty much should have covered the production costs. I thought I was the only one, but holy crap people have been getting on my case because I feel like Hasbro's just been so low effort recently. I mean Legacy United was supposed to be the 40th Anniversary for Transformers, and yet 3 of its 5 waves have been almost NOTHING but repaints, retools, and package refreshes. There's barely any new content. "Oh but the past lines have had the same amount of repaints in total" Yeah, but they spread the repaints out and gave us new figures every wave, so there'd be something to look forward to. To see that they're still doing this and doubling down even AFTER the wave 5 announcement ( Which by the way, the one figure I was actually looking forward to after wave 2 was the one time a leaked listing was cancelled), it's like bro, do you have something to announce or do you not? Well I guess that's what devastator's for, but too bad they short stocked it Even though they said they wouldn't fucking do that so almost nobody's gonna be able to get it outside of disgusting filthy scalpers because Hasbro really likes encouraging those people because of the amazing artificial scarcity that is "the thrill of the hunt". Honestly, if age of the primes wasn't basically legacy 2.0, with a focus on the primes, I'd probably leave Transformers. It's been a good six years.

Thoughts on the reveals: DOTM Hatchet: happy he's out now. Worst figure of the year, but happy to complete the Dreads. GE Skywarp: of course. ROTB Doublepunch: BW Doublepunch was both red and blue in the toy, and the scorpions in the film were the same colour, so WHERE'S THE BLUE? That being said, I like the colours, and they're accurate enough for me, and I liked the mold, especially since Scorponok's wavemate Pablo is WAY worse (easily a top 10 worst contender). 86 Galvatron: happy to finally get this mold, but wish they did anything more. ONE Elita: I think she looks fantastic. ONE B-127: hate how it seems like the knife hands don't seem to attach in robot mode unless pegged into the arm cannons, but I think he looks good. ONE Sentinel: Don't worry about the colours, since they showed a physical version of this guy at Pulsecon who looks much better. Also, hate how the wings are inaccurate for an alt mode he never had. ROTB Apelinq: it is a retool of the SS Optimus Primal. Sadly doesn't scale well since they're the same height when Apelinq was bigger in the film, but happy to get him. Also recommend both ROTB Optimus Primals, with the Mainline being a solid mold inspired by the Kingdom Primal, and the Studio Series being the best of that film's Maximals.

They put out a statement with the Arcee that they considered restoring the old prototype for Missing Link but it doesn't have a transformation and was there to show what it could've look like. Hear me out... Kingdom Galvatron fits perfectly in SS86 and should have been released in this deco in SS86 in the first place. It's biggest flaw is his somewhat uncanny and incorrect head/face, just like most of the rest of SS86.

The only reveal I'm really looking forward to is the Mandalorian crossover. It's honestly saddening that I'm only looking forward to one reveal, I hope the reveals today are something to give a shit about.

As a huge Monster Hunter fan (Wilds is already my lock for GOTY and it ain’t even out yet), I’m ELATED by the crossover figure. Is it goofy as hell? Absolutely. But I wouldn’t have it any other way. I’d love to see a Megatron as a Brachydios, Bumblebee as a Great Jaggi, or Starscream as Valstrax (it’s a dragon with rocket wings, trust me it rocks).

I honestly never expected a Beast Wars Iguanus from Dilophocon. The tail being a pretool, sure. The whole figure? Maybe with heavier retooling than when they made Skullgrin into Quake, but at that point they may as well just start from scratch.

I could see some minor retooling of the backlegs, and some decent retooling of the front arms plus a bigger Iguana head and it would totally work. I don't think it needs as much as that abomination did.

While technically true that the Naruto figure is retooled from the Cheetor mold, I think it is mostly based on the Tigatron mold. You can see it on the shoulder flaps and the (lack of) hand kibble

Honestly, i think the studio series sentinal is worth getting for me for the integrated battle mode, and also a properly scaled figure. If i want a sentinal with a better transformation and alt mode, id get the mainline.

SS- Wave 1 (2025) is looking decent, the majority are ones that I’m wanting! DOTM Hatchet is a long time coming, awesome to see him now! Originally wasn’t gonna get him but will now, the WFC GE Skywarp is a must buy for myself and the same applies to the upcoming Thundercracker! The reworked VW beetle BB Bumblebee is cool to see, another must get. Finally the ROTB Optimus repack I wanted for a long time! I am skipping the Galvatron because I already have the Kingdom version, I might get Apelinq too but only time will tell? I am eager to see your thoughts on the MCM reveals, you must have some interesting thoughts!😆

I think of the most recent SS reveals(recent being in the most recently revealed) I think Galvatron is the one i'm most disappointed in. I fully expected the KD/Legacy Galvatron to be what we got for the 86 one just in different colors and i'm still upset with it, only because they didn't fix the head. But the only one i'm excited for is the Rathalos Prime. The only thing I could find a complaint with is the Rathalos mold not having a long enough neck, but on hunts it looks pretty close to what the new Rath Prime looks like. I just hate that Capcom decided that Rathalos is the only one worth making a transforming toy of. There's other MH monsters I could go on about which figures would be perfect retools to turn into Transformers. And the only reason i'm excited for the Rathalos Prime is because I don't have to sell a kidney to get a Rathalos figure, despite my complaints with the Wyvern mode.

A neat little detail about the Rathalos figure is that the matrix design resembles a a Rathalos Ruby, a rare item you can potentially get by beating him. The rest of the figure I have mixed feelings on. If I can easily get it for cheap, I might just for the novelty but I’m pretty on the fence.

Got United Shard recently. She’s excellent. As for recently revealed things, I’d have to say that I’m most excited for WFC Skywarp (his colors really help this mold shine), BBM Beetle Bumblebee 2 (not perfect, but he’s an improvement on SS-18), and retro Gears (I just think he looks neater than the United release.

I would really want the Rathaos if they did something like use the hunter armour design from the game and matr a bot in that style. It's well in the way there as it is. Or if it was TF Peume Predaking. He's one of the few parts of that show I REALLY liked, and Rathalos is like 80% of the way to a Predaking as it is.
