I love dry fried green beans. I tend not to deep fry it, but slowly sauté in the wok until blistered and slightly charred. Wonderful!!!

Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm! My fave green bean dish, but the version I have had also has minced pork, seasoned with that garlic and a bit of ginger, soy sauce, sugar and MSG... A specialty from a long gone restaurant here in Toronto... Try it! 🤩

you need to hand pull and break off the ends of the beans, which also pulls off the tough stringy line off the side of the bean.
