It's super ok to be introverted. You can communicate in different mediums (Heck, your audience could be just like you!)... but you have to not confuse that with not believing and backing yourself. You can design your work to your personality! I once helped a client pivot from enterprise SaaS to a consumer plugin as he hated talking to people ;) He executed and loved never doing sales again!! Don't let things hold you back!

You can increase the resolution in another program, I use Topaz video if you really need full HD.

My main concern is the inconsistency between scenes involving the same protagonist. For example, I want a character to leave their living room, step outside the house, and eventually reach the city. There should be an option to attach a photo or description of the character and strictly ensure it is consistently used across all new scenes. Additionally, I could imagine a feature where users could upload 1 to 10 human-like photo characters, assign each an avatar name, and use these characters in one or multiple scenes they wish to create by text. This would make it easier to maintain consistency and reuse established characters seamlessly. Another milestone could be enabling characters to speak or sing over a defined period. This could be achieved by adding another layer where users specify the avatar name and input the text or lyrics. The system would then render the dialogue or song for a set duration, synchronizing it with the character's animation. Finally, the pricing model seems excessive: paying $200 for just some bugy seconds of video content feels unreasonable, especially when glitches or inconsistencies remain prevalent. A more competitive and accessible pricing structure would greatly enhance the user experience and attract more creators, after a better technical concept.

Thanks for your insights and great video! One way I could see this being incredibly useful (for better or worse) is if I might be missing a specific angle of my subject when editing a documentary…. Or even to stabilize a shot that is too shaky.

Its tricky with sora the storyboard is helpful but had some wild results image to video it lieks realistic weord it excells at lol w story board found that it's more cohesive and likes short prompts so 50 50 results and dancing and gymnastics it doesn't like it realistic it's great at cartoon is cool and can double up with lets say cartoon background and realistic character love experimenting as each generator is great for diff thkngs and clip rocks simple actions per scene in story board works well thank you learned few new tools and tricks like remix the video to video rocks on sora esp for the upscale to realism use case 🎉 wow the transition is sick
