I am extremely privileged to have started my filmmaking career in a 10 month internship where I had access to an FX6 for a couple of shoots and it is honeslty an absolute, genuine pleasure to shoot with, and it alone plays a huge roll in me beginning my journey in filmmaking. I still have a lot to learn, but, now being a student with limited income and relying on my own gear... I have spent LOTS of time investigating what the perfect documentary kit would be for me. I shot my first doc recently on my a7iv, and I love the results (although I won’t be able to sell the doc to a streaming platform as the a7iv isn’t supported). I hope to build out a full frame rig on my next doc with the following: 1. Full frame sensor (and Netflix approved) 2. Small hd monitor (for EL zones) 3. Tentacle Audio recorders (with 32 bit float) with cos lava 4. 35mm prime lens with character 5. DJI rs3 with LiDAR autofocus 6. Seinheiser shotgun mic

This is an insane giveaway! I've been following you and contemplating AOD for months now. I was struggling with what story to tell until a friend of my wife's mentioned that she is writing a musical about a very unique topic and plans to produce it next summer! I was intrigued by the subject of the musical, and have a personal background in theatre so I thought it would make a great piece! I'm super intimidated, but excited to start the journey, and have been relying heavily on your channel for knowledge and inspiration! I’ve been watching your channel for a while now and every video I always take away something that I later use weather that be when I’m writing, when I’m on set, or even post production or Buisness tactics. Thank you and your team so much for putting in the crazy amount of time and effort for us in the film community. I’m actually in the process of creating one of my most passionate projects. It’s a documentary on one of my friends that has went through years and years of child abuse from his parents. And through all of the beatings and craziness in his life, he found god through his journey inspiring other and creating a foundation for others who have gone through the same thing. I’ve been saving for the FX6 for a few months now to use for this documentary. I want to put an insane amount of money, time, and effort for this film. As his testimony has changed my life and my perspective on life. I want people to watch this and get the feeling I got whenever he opened up to me about his story, sitting on the edge of my bed, balling his eyes out.
