But in the US the new models are called the MT-07 now so he's probably comparing an older model to the newer one, even though I think it's just aesthetic differences.

@@RaayoniHD it is not just aesthetics. They upgraded the suspension. The tank changed so the way your legs grip the tank is different. And yes the taillights and headlights are different. The seat is also different and no longer makes you slide up into the tank.

The Street Triple is way better than the FZ or the SV, it's also way more expensive, the engine is not as fun as the FZ but everything else is way above its rivals. It's a cornering beast. If you're one of those square tire, mile long chicken strips riders get the FZ though.

You have to ask yourself which one or two of these riders going to go first! Especially with some of that dodgy sharp braking by the front riders, relying on the fact that their mate behind is not pulling a wheelie or looking to his side for a split second. Take it easy lads and be more conscious of what's going on behind you. Nothing worst than losing a good mate you were riding with and it's your fault.

Hey so I was wondering I’m looking at getting a bike and I can’t decide between the fz/mt 09 and 07. I watched your “why I downgraded to the mt07” video and I agree with everything you said, I would much rather ride a slow bike fast then a fast bike slow but I am a wheelie junky. What’s the fastest you can pop a wheelie on the mt07 vs the mt09 ish… ? I just don’t want to have to slow down to 40 just to get it up if you know what I’m saying.

Darkvisor Depends the types of roads. On long straights, obviously I couldn’t keep up with bigger bikes. I don’t think any sport bike could keep up in the twisties

Here’s a Pro Tip: While you’re on public roads, you ride like a grandpa or like a decent human being following written and unwritten rules . Pick what sounds better. If you want to test your boundaries, you take yourself and your bike to a track. What is shown in the video which I didn’t even bother watching is reckless, immature and just stupid. Potential killers and this video should be used as evidence to press charges. I hope at least 1% of the people reading this will support this comment and healthy and mature riding of motorcycles.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinions. How dare some friends ride on some back roads quickly. We are not obstructing traffic and or scaring people. Yes we may be going a little fast but that is our choice, we would face the consequences had we been pulled over. I’m not endorsing riding like this. I simply am having fun and putting it on the internet for people to enjoy who don’t have the luxury of riding on beautiful roads like these
