食材
• 白米1 ½ 杯
• 小干贝 半碗(小碗))
• 鱼 片(金目鲈)
• 鸡胸肉/鸡柳2小片
• 葱花 1小把
• 姜1小块
• 鸡蛋(可选择加蛋或不加)
调味料:
盐、麻油、胡椒粉、炸葱酥
配料:炸油条 (制作方法请观看视频)
步骤
备料:米、干貝泡开、魚洗净切成小片加入调味料腌制10分中、雞肉切成薄片、姜切成丝,青葱切成小粒状。
1. 白米洗干净,加入小干貝和水浸泡30分钟。
2. 取一锅水,中火煮沸后加入泡开的白米和小干贝
3. 待白米煮成粥以后,魚片加入调味料腌制10分钟后放入锅中烫熟、捞出
4. 鸡肉片加入调味料腌制10分钟后放入锅中与粥一起煮
5. 加入1茶匙麻油(这能让粥变得更香,更滑),转小火熬煮约1小时左右
6. 间中要不时搅拌,以免米粒粘锅,造成锅底烧焦
7. 等时间到了,粥熬稠后加入调味料即可上桌
【Fish and Scallop Porridge】
Ingredients
• 1 ½ cup white rice
• Small dried scallops half bowl (small bowl))
• Fish fillet (Seabass)
• 2 small slices of chicken breast/chicken tenders
• 1 handful chopped green onion
• 1 piece of ginger
• Eggs (optional)
Seasoning:
Salt, sesame oil, pepper, fried onions
Ingredients: Youtiao/Fried Dough Sticks (please watch my video for the preparation method)
Step:
Preparation: soak rice and dried scallops, wash and cut fish into small pieces, cut chicken into thin slices add seasonings and marinate for 10 minutes, cut ginger into shreds, and cut green onions into small pieces.
1. Wash the white rice, add scallops and water and soak for 30 minutes.
2. Take a pot of water, bring to a boil over medium heat and add the soaked rice and scallops
3. After the white rice is cooked into porridge, add seasonings to the fish fillets and marinate for 10 minutes, then put them into the pot and scald until cooked, then take them out.
4. Add seasonings to the chicken slices and marinate for 10 minutes, then put them into the pot and cook together with the porridge.
5. Add 1 teaspoon sesame oil (this will make the porridge more fragrant and smoother), turn to low heat and simmer for about 1 hour
6. Stir occasionally to prevent the rice from sticking to the pot and causing the bottom of the pot to burn.
7. When the time is up, add the seasonings after the porridge and serve.
