@@BNOSU 感謝你的回覆🙏原來用熱風同凍的風扇效果完全不同👍我比較少食但個女同個仔間中食, 講真因為沒有得揀先至食Snack express, 其實完全沒有做到外脆內軟口感, 一開始已經好硬容易損口, 如果食到一半剩餘的, 大約15-20分鐘後就軟淋淋, 只得甜味也沒有香味, 所以好難搵到好食的雞蛋仔.

我很喜歡吃,但是常吃到的是夠酥脆,但是太硬了,碎片在咀嚼時會刺傷口腔,粉漿的配方應該有改善的空間.

Waffle mix is not the real deal unfortunately. It may be fine for westerners or people who are not in the know. It’s simply a waffle shaped like Hong Kong bubble waffle. Genuine Hong Kong bubble waffling is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. There are also other things that make it fragrant that are. But thanks for uploading

The capital required to open an egg waffle and bubble tea shop varies greatly, depending mainly on the location, size, and equipment of the shop. We are currently located at Trinity Market, Hull. 是的,建議你預先將雞蛋仔機加熱到適當的溫度,這樣可以確保雞蛋仔烤得均勻和酥脆。通常不需要再另外塗油,因為麵糊粉漿裡面已經有足夠的油分。每次烘烤前,建議清潔機器以保持最佳狀態🍳🔥

喺香港食嘅雞蛋仔多數都係空心,口感好正,外脆內軟。但我知近幾年香港出現咗一D好特別嘅實心款式,排隊嘅人都唔少,唔知質地會唔會就係你所講嘅偏向蛋糕?

的topping太少,亦都唔夠colourful, 考慮下最後放strawberry醬, 又或者上面放少少水果,比如藍莓,奇異果片,橙皮zest, 做garnish. 鬼佬中意甜, 可以放少少肉桂粉, sprinkle , 咖啡粉之類落個shaker度, 等客人點又或者自己放。 另外打蛋粉時放少少牛油,又或者混少少cream cheese入去, 加重個牛油香味。 其實搞呢類店,最好先去鬼佬開既店度做下調查, 睇下當地人喜好, 因為我地中國人既口味同喜好同鬼佬系唔同既, 即使同一個國家, 唔同地區既人既口味都有分別啦。

謝謝你嘅建議!我哋會考慮加多啲colorful嘅topping,例如士多啤梨醬或者水果像藍莓同奇異果片。橙皮zest同肉桂粉確實都係好主意,會令味道更豐富。🍓🍊🥝添啲牛油或cream cheese有可能會令雞蛋仔更香濃。下次試做時會試下混合入去,希望可以為大家帶嚟更多口感選擇!🍦🧈未來我哋會試下去其他國家或地區嘅店去了解佢哋嘅喜好,再融合入我哋嘅雞蛋仔裡面。多謝你嘅寶貴意見!🌍📊🍳

@@BNOSU 其實你已經開佐店, 大可以順便問下d熟客意見, 不過鬼佬客同我地真係好唔同, 好味道未必係排第一, 好睇先係最緊要, 特別係打卡影相, 好味道係睇唔到既, 但係好睇就值得放上網曬。(按鬼佬既觀點) 好似英國人對果醬比較中意, 即使美國呢邊賣frozen yogurt都會放果醬做個味, 可以常備, 水果片你咪一個星期試一兩日放上去試水咯, 畢竟成本高, 橙皮其實系酒吧中意用, 夠香, 如果你順便賣埋鮮榨橙汁, 不妨考慮, 另外酒吧用既車哩子其實非常適合做裝飾, gummy bear 其實亦會好驚艷下, 不妨上網睇下人地打卡既雪糕,milk shake放的乜。 唔使一次過備齊, 每個星期加少少,再按顧客反應去佐d少人中意既。 台灣人同日本人係呢類食品包裝上放既心思比我地廣東人做得多,值得學習。
