If the brand wanted to expand, offer more safes and charge customers, it could do so at will; however, it is not easy to find enough high quality cigars that would go into an additional 2000 safes. Quality is a key aspect of the "private bank of cigars', which is why the vault's safes are limited to 750, and despite that, finding excellent cigars to fill these safes.
