Hi I have a Phoenix pb8 I think and an Aristo rx board,I dont have any thing to programming the Phoenix board??

You can programme with any DCC programmer but you need to know which CVs do what. The Phoenix programmer is great and helps a lot. It's not too expensive either.

Bought it used. New USA F7s will cost like $800 for an A+B unit (MSRP is $1300 for the Warbonnet ones).
