Congrats on the new truck, Jimmy! Can’t wait to see it. Regarding technician pay: obviously where you live comes into play but a good diagnostician should make $100,00 at a minimum. All techs needs to invest in themselves with EDUCATION. Go to classes (which a good shop owner should pay for) and expand your knowledge.

I had to add a steering wheel cover to our Nissan because it was so sticky from my wife using hand sanitizer wile driving. It would not clean off. Did you hear about the 15,000 car dealerships shut down because of hackers.

Wow, I guess that could certainly contribute to it. Yeah, when I went to Mikes dealership to get my Tundra they had all the computers off in the sales department because of the hack. The finance guys still had their system up.

Hi Jimmy, For this kind of steering wheel problems, there are special covers for auto shops to cover it (disposble mechanics steering wheel cover). Invest in some.

That Nissan steering when has had a strong cleaner used on it and its delaminating,whats the sat nav screen like they hate strong cleaners removes the anti glare off them the wheel needs sealing or buy a replacement.

Some people might mistake not renewing the topdon updates is strange for a guy buying a new truck, rebuilding a classic truck , using gear wrench tools stored in an Icon toolbox as being fiscally irresponsible. I would think all the praise you give them in your videos they would take care of for you? Enjoy the videos as always Jimmy.
