The whole thing comes apart and can be cleaned pretty easily. They have instructions for it in the manual.

i guess u mark the time and the portion

@@kimberlycampbell3757 yeah when you hit next from the time it will move in to P- which is the portion. when you save so it goes for each individual time and you can add multiple meals by pressing next
