Yes, it's not too loud and you can sense the V8. Stock sound was terrible.

Do the G6 three back boxes bolt straight on?

The three back boxes were removed. From the bolts you go to the back boxes of the G63 with the tailpipes. They also have a fabric mount into the chassis.
