Thanks doc.Gabay sa Kalusugan..nuon na ang topic mo ay ung patola na matami din health benefits so now kumaksin na ako ng patula.. then itong palaya nman isang midium bowl and small amount of kanin lng.kc lola na ako 72 yrs but stil sa abroaf pa ako doc kc i am a vegs.lovers but in moderate kc ung lagi ang mga advices ng kagaya mo na mga kc ang over daw ay dangerous na / side effects...

Totoo po doc yang sinasabi nyo tungkol sa ampalaya. Yan po ang aking vitamins for decades ji nu juice ko po sa juicer yan walang halong tubig at pag ininum ko (1/4 of a measuring cup lng in 1 day 3 x a week) right after eating my lunch feeling ko si Popeye the sailor man umiinum ng spinach. Pampalakas po at pampaganda!😊Thank you doc sa mga advices nyo!🙏🩷❤

Doc, all-around ka na ngayon, doctor, chef, poet, etc. We love it. Tama lang po yan para iwas sa pagka-monotone ang programa niyo. Ano pa ba ang hahanapin ng mga pasyente, tinuruan na ng tamang pagkain ay tinuruan pa kung paano gumawa ng pagkain.

I love ampalaya salad, or with munggo either dahon or bunga, with egg, or with oyster sauce. So healthy ,I like it a little bitter kaya di ko pinipiga at binababad sa tubig and salt. Thank you so much Doc Gary, your program is truly a blessing to me. I always watch it and share it to my friends. Hi Doc Gary I'm watching right now your topic about Ampalaya and it really gives me more infos about the benefits and risk that it really surprises me. Kamusta Pong lahat sa inyo sa Pinas from Toronto,ON Canada. What if po after your sliced thinly the amplaya then soak it with water and salt will the nutrients of the Ampalaya will decrease? I really love bitter melon doc. “Bunga or dahon “ .That’s my number one na paborito. And hinahalo ko sa mongo beans ko pag nagluluto ako. And I put some squash & spinach then I put shrimps & other ingredients. And sometimes, I cook some ginisang eggs & shrimps. Kasi ako ay vegetarian.

For me , the bitter , the better . I love AMPALAYA . Here in UK , we have Chinese bitter gourd and from India's very green and KARELA , short dark green has small wrinkles (very bitter) . . . For me , the best . 👌

Dr. Sy, not "kapaklaan" it is "kapaitan". Thank you I have learned a lot from your explanation about bitter gourd. It is one of my favorite and I prefer the bitter one. One of my favorite recipe from my mother's list of recipe are, ginataang ampalaya with shrimp and ampalaya with eggs. Thank you for an interesting knowledge about bitter gourd. Ngaun ko lang po ito napanood Doc Gary Sy,salamat sa maraming informasyon about ampalaya favorito ko yan pero namimili ako ng kng ano luto sa ampalay...gusto ko yung ginisa with egg at marami camatis,gusto ko rin yung ampalaya con carne.salamat sa pagtuturo mo ng iba pang ways to decrease tbe bitterness of ampalaya bukod sa ginagawa kong pagbabad sa tubig at asin..maliwanag na explinasyon na kayang kaya intindihin ng kahit mga bata ang ginagawa mo para sa amin,salamat,salamat sa isang Doctor Gary Sy na gumagabay sa katulad naming matatands.ingat ka palagi...
