Its only taling many years because everton worked with the premier league while man cities lawyer is dragging it out massively and making it extremely difficult and looking for technicalities. Cities lawyer is on 10,000 an hour and is paid more than pep and any player 😂😂 Thats why its complex, because they are trying everything in there power to delay this

Misled the PL and were found by the IC to have breached the requirement for upmost good faith... an aggravating feature for the IC. Secondly - the Everton case has 28,000 documents disclosed in the hearing bundle alone... and that case took 8 months!!! How many do you think there are in the City case???

Why does Agbonlahor always look as if someone has just swiped his wallet, then momentarily held it in front of his face, before vanishing into thin air? He just has this permanently bemused expression, it's quite distracting. As for Keane, his old school style would be a deal breaker but only because I think today's players are so cosseted they'd not know where to start.

Yes Alan, Fergie would last in today's game. Should be old and knowledgeable enough to know that the ruthless side was only part of his style, he was great because he knew how to motivate every player, and that was as much carrot as it was stick.

I would prefer to get Lee Carsley or Kieran McKenna in as Ireland manager, or even John Eustace or Anthony Barry. Part of me would like to see Roy Keane get the job if only to force the retirements of some of the current squad who have continually let us down over the last 6 years. I would love to see the likes of Matt Doherty retire from international duty alongside some of the other more senior players who have embarrassed themselves and their families over the last few years. Played off the park by New Zealand the other night, truly a new low in what has been a terrible 3 years under a complete and utter spoofer in Stephen Kenny.

@@giddygiddy85 Apparently Sunderland had a lot more money to spend than others in the championship and had loads of premier league players, manager bounce can have a big impact rather than the tactics of the manager. But besides that, he got sacked and then went to Ipswich and failed there. The game has also moved on massively since then, it’s hard to come back after that length of time

No. The rule os no club can own 2 clubs within European comps. So even if the instance happened where 1 team make the UCL and the other make either the UEL or the Conference League it would still be in breach of the rules. Hence why multi club models do not work for top teir teams.

Our next manager should be someone with success at international level who won’t have high wages like Herve Renard or Carlos Quieroz but realistically we will go for an over the hill ex-Premier League coach like Steve Bruce or Roy Keane

Definitely not Bruce or Allardyce. Too over the hill. Keane is a wild card although out of management a long time , he does have the mentality of winning and could be the one to give these players the kick they need , but he does fall out with players , unless this time around he's more relaxed now that he's older. I heard good things about Renard or maybe Poyet who said he wants the job would be great options.
