What's defined as "correct"? To be specific, an understanding of club face to path ratio and their effect on ball flight would be better. As far as Gabby's tip goes, I've seen plenty of people with extremely strong glove-hand grips hit wicked slices. So, her tip is grossly incomplete.

Good tip. My preference was using stance and ball position to create the fade and draw. Found the grip tactic uncomfortable except when a radical shot was required.

Yes! I was a club fitter, and when people were needing a quick fix to straighten out their ball flight, I would have them adjust the strength of their glove hand grip. It works.

Exactly, close the face for a draw and open the face for a fade but you have to have a correct swing path to begin with for this to work.

Gabby, you have a beautiful swing. I played on some mini-tours. there were a variety of players. Usually the stronger guys could hit it further. That helps. You might consider doing some weight lifting both for your arms and for your legs.

I'd say this is an unreliable way to draw and fade, particularly under pressure. The best way, the way most pros do it is to not vary grip or swing at all, but simply alter alignment. By standing slightly open to the ball to target line and swinging along that line, while aiming clubface at the target, no grip or swing change is needed. Simply reverse for a draw. There are plenty of videos on KZbin showing this in detail. Your method may work, but a grip change is hard to make mid round, particularly under pressure. Also, without varying your alignment, but weakening the grip, the ball is apt to start right, then go right.
