My dad, my brother, and my grandfather served in the army but I served in the Air Force when I got out I went to the seminary. I have been a priest for 31 years. The miraculous medal led me to the rosary, and Mary has been watching over me ever since I have dedicated my priesthood to spreading the knowledge of Mary and her devotion to the miraculous medal in the rosary, along with Eucharistic, adoration and scriptural apologetics.

I just met a young man, Eric three nights ago he is in his first year of seminary. And he had this same emotion and struggles. I just….. I could feel it as he was talking to me. Definitely pray the Rosary with your heart daily. But also ask St. Joseph for help. It’s a lesser known secret that he is very very generous to those who are devoted to him, or even just pray for his help from the heart. His intercession before God is very powerful.

@@maharijawarapulika1349 yes. Joyful in the morning, luminous during day, sorrowful in the evening, glorious before going to bed. Of course it's possible to pray all 4 at once, takes kind of 2 hours. But it can be difficult to pray all at once, you can have a headache :) on this channel you can find videos about praying the entire rosary.

Tears running down my face. My middle child, a son, did a total of 5 tours in the Middle East. Enlisted twice. Yep, he came back messed up. Addicted, and so was his wife. He lost his son. Through all this, I have been praying for him and a conversion. Every once in a while, he will ask a "religious" question, but then goes right back to, "If this is all God has to offer (the world and the people in it - he lives in Los Angeles, CA) then he is not impressed." I guess I will start praying four rosaries a day for him and one of my other children who have a problem with converting. Thank you for your wonderful message. God bless.

Interesting. 53 years ago, I graduated from the Naval Academy and took my commission in the Marine Corps. After my service, including a year in Vietnam, I bounced around, trying to figure out what I was supposed to do. I, too, took to the Rosary and Miraculous Metal, and after a long trip, I was ordained. Same basic problem--priesthood was not on the list. (During my canonical and general confession, Father laughed and said: " Never have I seen someone who was being chased so hard who could run so fast." Retired now due to health, but, except for VN, couldn't have planned a better life. Thank God for your call daily, and pray always. He will get His will done through you working with His people.

Only a Catholic can understand. What an amazing testimony. I was born and raised in a large catholic family in India. I went to a sisters' convent for middle school and Jesuit's boarding school for secondary. I wanted to become a priest but when I was around 16/17 years old, I fell in love with a girl, who is my wife now for 27 years!. We have four beautiful children (3 boys and a girl) and we worship the Lord at St Augustine's Church in Darlington, UK. The Lord is good, all the time. Romans 8:28.

Praying a memorare for your vocation Bill. I recall not knowing what it was after praying the rosary with other cadets back when I was a cadet the USAF Academy. I didn't know of the prayer until years later. My wife re-introduced to me the love of Our Blessed Mother and I twice did the Marian Consecration as I discerned marriage with her. I proposed to her in front of a statue of Mama Mary and St. Anne at the Grotto in Portland. Since then, I placed my military career and marriage vocation under her mantle and protection of St. Joseph. God bless your ministry Gabi!

I loved praying the rosary as a child. I got away from the faith as a teen and young woman I came back at about 30. I begin to feel God working in me. It was wonderful. My boyfriend last year had also discerned that he had this persistent call to the priesthood. And so I surrendered my desire to be with him so that he would discern that call seriously. For myself, I questioned why would God use me in a man’s life, to be in a loving, holy, and good relationship with, only to call them to something greater? It is because God sees a Mary in us, as she surrendered her very Son to the World to do His mission. It is difficult and heartbreaking, but if we truly love the Lord and desire to do His Will, He will ask us to make sacrifices for the greater good. A friend told me that letting go is how we can truly love. by letting go of this man that could potentially be a great father and husband might be an even greater Father and husband for the Church. All it takes is a “fiat” even if that brings us to the Cross. We are not a plus in someone else’s vocation story. I am discerning a religious vocation, meanwhile my beloved friend is discerning the priesthood. Please pray for us, and for all good and holy men and women to have courage to not be afraid to do the Will of God.

The Virgin Mother has saved my vocation too!!! she snatched me out from the trap of a so called formation team who have plotted to destroy my vocation to the priesthood by false perjury and defamation, some were seemed to me a good fellow while we were still living together in the community, but they betrayed my trust and stand against my petition to diaconal ordination. When I felt that they biased the favor of my provincial I renounced all my hope to be ordained as a deacon and picked up my Rosary courageously; in two days things got changed immediately and the provincial told me that he avowed their evaluation was totally a mischief to avenge my formatter and to put him in despair because we loved each other so much. Mary softened the heart of my provincial and overturned his decision. Thank God I found a refuge in the bloody womb of Mary that bear the Lord of Heaven and Earth!

I visited the local Carmel monastery today after 2 years; Brought a friend who is undergoing difficulties. Before I went, I sent a message to Sr. Marie Therese-the external sister. She said she is in Preston to help with the Monastery closure there. Sad news. The other sisters opened the door for us so we can visit Jesus in the chapel. On the way out, we saw another visitor outside. I saw her beautiful smile (one that comes from a pure heart) behind the wet window pane. We opened the door to her, she had an appointment with Sr. Bernadette. Her name is Angelica. She wants to join them. Let's pray for her vocation and for all Carmel monasteries. Jesus, Mary and Joseph and all saints of Carmel please preserve all monasteries.
