No disrespect, but look at the body composition. Gable transformed from his Soph yr to Sr. Year vs the guy he beat back to back. I graduated in 1999, in high school the football coach was give players creatine supplements... We had 145lb kids hang cleaning 240-250 across the board.. our 170-175 QB was hang cleaning 275 for reps..

he is that good but that was a very poor state final opponent in my opinion. he's going to have the potential to be a national champion his first year in college. again, that is my opinion but i wrestled at the d1 level at a top 10 ten school and tend to think i know a little bit.

also should add with all his world junior championships, he is not stranger to the biggest of the big in terms of being in the spotlight and excelling on the grandest of stages. ncaa's will be just another walk in the park. i see a minimum of 3 titles, if not 4. you never know when the next stud will emerge so only time will tell.

i am from PA and i wrestled 285 at the division 1 level. if that was meant for me i do know what im talking about. gable is a freak but his opponent in this match was sloppy at best. just a big strong kid.

Yes, and he got his ass beat by Anthony Cassar, a 1 time NJ State Champion... 🤣😂🤣😂😉 Edit: that by the way couldn't qualify for the State tournament his first 3 years of High School. Tells you something about the difference in quality of NJ wrestling. Double Edit: Cassar beat Fat Boy TWICE in one season....ownage.

You have to think what it took to get to the semis in 2019. Also remember that Gable was only a freshman at the time. NCAA is only a stepping stone to greater things. I dont see Cassar being a challenge at the World/Olympic level at the HWT level.
