Can you please advise on the below 1. Does the cameras turn on automatically when we are in low speeds like 10mph ? This feature is in tundras. I'm not sure if we have it in denali. 2. The rear view cameras are like HD vision, front and back, and top. BUT the sides cameras near tyres and blind spots are like VGA cameras. Very bad quality. 3. When a vehicle is on blind spot, it blinks in mirrors. Do we have an option for a sound alert when turning?

Also after adjusting the HUD, use the memory set feature for your seats so that the HUD adjustment is matched to your key fob.
@ColoreDiVita27 күн бұрын
@@TroyGouldYYC Good tip. I didn't know that was attached to the memory feature, which I use because they usually mess up your seat position when you get the car serviced. I'm the only driver otherwise, so the two key thing doesn't really apply to me, but if it ever does, that's good to know that the HUD position stays with it. Sometimes, my side mirrors don't come back up to the right position after backing up no matter how many times I save my settings, but hopefully the software update the dealership did has fixed the problem. I suppose if it isn't fixed, I could just turn the curb setting off because I honestly just use the cameras 99% of the time backing up.

They are on the firmer side, yet still very comfortable. They are the best ones yet, and I had the 2017 Denali HD, the 2020 AT4 HD, and now this one.. definitely the best one. Super comfort, I wouldn't say that, I think the Ford Limited, and especially the new 2025 Ram coming will be the most comfortable. They say it's Mercedes-level. That will force everyone to follow soon after. I have driven this all over and taken long trips and never had a fatigue problem and remarked how good the seats felt even then on road trips. Hope this helps? Thanks for watching 👍

The seats are very comfortable, especially if you use the massage feature! Be sure to adjust the lumbar etc. to your liking first. And save your seat settings to your key fob/driver number. The ventilated feature is also amazing and feels refreshing (especially good since they don't have air vents in the ceiling as in my SUV I had one of the rear ceiling vents aimed at my neck while driving). Heated seats are okay, I just get too hot with them after a few minutes, especially on the bottom, and I hate the heated steering wheels for all time. But, the seats are great for short drives, long drives, and road trips.

The best camera feature IMO if the add-on trailer camera. It enables transparent trailer mode which uses the truck cameras and a camera mounted on the rear of your trailer that plugs right into a port next to the 7pin trailer port. It works amazingly well and basically looks like you can see clear through your trailer to see what is around the entire thing while driving or reverse. It also enables trailer assist backing which adds guide lines and a diagram of the truck and trailer orientation as you back up to help you back the trailer up right where you want it. It’s way better than any trailer camera system I’ve seen before. And it integrates right into that big beautiful display with all the other cameras. If you have the 360 camera system you have those trailering camera ports. The other port you can mount a camera inside your trailer with or you can put a camera pretty much anywhere you want.

Great video! I did not know about the auto window down feature! 2 things Ill say after 13k miles on my 24 HD AT4; - The reverse tilt mirrors had me excited at first, but I found when you go back in park or drive, they dont reset to exactly where I had them programmed to. So I have to readjust them each time. I ended up just turning the feature off because it was so annoying. - The mirror "spotlights" are not nearly bright enough to help much with visibility if you're working around the truck at night. I plan on replacing them with brighter aftermarkets that will also work when the truck is in drive with the brights on. One tip I'll mention to other HD owners that piggybacks off of your highlighting that the cameras still work while in drive; The front camera is incredibly useful in heavy rains as it seems to almost completely cut through the "whiteout" affect tou can sometimes experience when driving in heavy rains. But, definitely, DO NOT use the intelligent cruse in those rains! Thanks for the great video!

Great video. Does your 2500 beep a horn when you reach suggested psi as you air tires up? My 1500 Denali does that. It's a brilliant feature, I use it a lot after driving on a beach. ... Are the Ultimate seats any softer than regular Denali?
@GabrielSedlakOfficial7 ай бұрын
I totally need to check that out! I purposely lower my tire pressure by around 7 to 8 pounds per tire because I don't like the 70 in the rear and the 60 up front it makes a huge difference in the driveability and the comfort. As far as softer than the Denali, I'd have to sit at them side-by-side the seats are definitely on the firmer side that seems to be the consensus across the board when comparing them to a RAM or a Ford. I'm sure GMC will address that soon because the new tungsten ram and the Ford Limited are quite luxurious the GMC seems to have designed it around function and durability, but I do like softer seats. I've had so many luxury vehicles that it kind of spoils you but everything else is so great on the truck it did not steer us away from getting it. They are definitely softer than my 2017, 2020, or 2023 GMCs but still a bit on the firm side. I hope that helps thanks so much for the comment 👍

Do you know why California doesn’t get the marker lights on the roof of the truck? Do you know if that’s an option to add?
@GabrielSedlakOfficial7 ай бұрын
I just found this answer: Crazy I know 😵💫 In the United States, any vehicle that measures in at over 80 inches wide will fall under commercial vehicle guidelines. These vehicles must come equipped with “three amber front and three red rear identification lamps spaced between 6 and 12 inches apart at the center of the front and rear of the vehicle, as high as practicable,” as per the federal government, but this does not apply to the single-rear-wheel versions of the Chevrolet Silverado HD and GMC Sierra HD in California. So, what’s the reasoning behind this? It turns out that California has a law that overrides this federal regulation and the reason why is a bit ridiculous, in our opinion. According to California Vehicle Code 27606, “no person shall own or operate a motor vehicle which is equipped with a light bar, or facsimile thereof, to resemble a motor vehicle used by a peace officer or traffic officer while on duty within that jurisdiction.” The law goes on to explain that a “light bar” can refer to “any light or device affixed to or mounted upon the roof of a vehicle and extending the width of the roof, or a substantial portion thereof, which emits amber, red, or blue, or any combination of those lights.” Simply put, California law mandates that a vehicle cannot have an amber, red, or blue light bar mounted to it that spans the width of the roof, as other motorists may confuse the vehicle for law enforcement. 😵💫😳 Thanks for watching, hope this helps/ 👍

All of the accessories come live as you open the door and stay on as long as the radio is On, or obviously press the Start/Stop button without starting the engine. SAME for the Hotspot. But for the 120V plugs, the engine has to be running to work, no switch, always ready to use as long as the engine is on. But, if you leave your engine idle, auto shut off will cut it off in about 15 minutes. Need to go in and step on the brake or interact with the truck somehow so the engine runs for additional 15 min.

Thanks for the video, I learned a few features I did not know I had. Unfortunately, the build quality of these trucks just isn't what it used to be. Multiple DEF , ECU, yolk, transmission issues. I've had my Denali brick itself 5 times on the main road. To top it all off the seats are horrendous for a truck at this price point. If you spend a large portion of your day in it you will be disappointed.
@GabrielSedlakOfficial10 ай бұрын
Thanks so much I’m glad it was helpful. I do agree. Vehicles are getting way too complicated and it does have the tendency to add to repair visits. The seats are the best they’ve had yet I had a 2017 Denali HD, I had a 2020 AT4 HD and the seats got better with each upgrade, but this one is by far better than the other two it’s still is not the level of the Ford limited… or have you seen what Ram is about to bring out with their new 2025 tungsten addition the interior is more on a Mercedes level I think it’s going to force the whole truck world up there game substantially. Thanks for watching 👍🏼

How do I turn on my inside lights so that they come on when the doors are opened?? No information in the booklet or online that I can find. I know you do something below the sunroof but can’t figure it out. It was working but now it’s not.
@GabrielSedlakOfficial7 ай бұрын
Sorry for the delay in my response... just read it, did you ever figure it out? There are 2 buttons under the sunroof controls. The one on the left when the orange light is on the door lights work, but with it off they do. The right button is simply an override ON-OFF switch, make sure that it's off so the lights don't stay on after you lock the truck and walk away so your battery doesn't die... Hope that helps? Thanks for watching 👍

Are these features on all HD sierra trims ?
@GabrielSedlakOfficial6 ай бұрын
Not all do. I always do a side-by-side model comparison you can do that on the GMC site. The Denali Ultimate just has everything you can imagine on one truck. It’s the highest trim level. All the models come equipped very well, but beefed up luxury options are added to the ultimate. Thanks so much for watching !

Do not do that on the steps, where he shuts the door and puts his foot on it. Mine didn’t go back up. I’ll be taking my truck into the dealership to get fixed. 😂🤦🏻♂️ Once in drive, it kept going up and down but never went completely in anymore. Instead use the settings button and deploy or stow it away from there.

If most people read their manual, you will know about all of these features. Also, you can stow or open your floorboards in the settings so you're not having to hold your foot on them if you drive through a car wash which you wont be able to do as they will stow once you jump in.

With all due respect, I’m seeing a lot of of these videos about “hidden features“. All of this is in the owners manual. I guess people just don’t read the instructions when they buy something that’s between $70,000-$80,000.
