This guy is blessed with great shoulders giving him that amazing v taper, he doesnt really need to worry about his waist getting too wide and messing up his aesthetics cos his shoulders are so broad so he will maintain that v taper, also it means he doesnt have to work so hard on his back even though his back is already quite good.

When you have the camera set up static, like when you are talking about the macros, you should put the camera on manual mode so the aperture doesn't change as you move your hands. It's quite distracting having the aperture change all the time

Hello, i'm 17 around 6'0- 5'11 and I weigh around 163lbs, was starting my cut today which is around 2,300 calories and I am fairly muscular for my age been training 8 months non- stop and eating healthy I hold a lot of body fat in my mid-section and was wondering how long should I cut for before bulking, I want to still make lean gains it's not like i'm training for a competition where I have to be super shredded I just want my abs to show more but I don't wanna lose muscle and was wondering how long I should cut for before bulking, i'm aware I won't lose too much muscle but just practically want to carry on making gains, any suggestions?
@nvgbig-k16256 жыл бұрын
Just cut till your abs show somewhat, and then bulk and try to see if what you eat allows you to maintain your leanness (as much as possible) or puts fat on. Then analyze your diet and adjust excess macros and/or food choices accordingly. Don't think or worry too much about it, cut/bulk casually since you're a teen, you've got other things to worry about, academics, fun in life, etc.

💯 want you to talk about carb cycling properly gabe, for example on a low carb day do you put protein and/or fats higher to make up the calories lost by reducing carbs or keep them consistent and take the harsh calorie deficit caused by lowering carbs that much? I've debated carb cycling before but have never come across a video that explains it well enough, hopefully you can ✌️ thanks

Hey Gabriel, what about cardio? Did you do any and if you did how would you decide when to increase cardio from week to week? Great job of you videos by the way. Really appreciate all the knowledge you are giving! :)
@AnimalzyNL7 жыл бұрын
kevin lai You dont need to, but it could be useful if you want to increase your caloric deficit a bit without having to eat a lot less. Just realise, losing fat is simply about creating a caloric deficit, doesnt really matter whether you do it by eating less, or doing extra cardio. Hope that helps!
