Don’t use it. Total fail in 3 years. Prepped roof properly, clean and dry, 2 coats = fail.

What kind of roof did you coat? How big? Any pitch?

@@brianfrey2784 Flat roof, 30x25. Coated on top of built up roof that was clean and dry. MAYBE it would be ok on brand new roof but they market it works on any roof. The stuff bubbles and then it cracks or punctures. Then water gets under it.

Dang. I have a roof I thought about doing this to. Way bigger, doesn’t sound good. Gaco any help with warranty?

@@brianfrey2784 I guessed they wouldn't honor it as it would be easy for them to say improper install no matter what. I plan to put a pitch on it as a permanent solution.
