Very good video, I have one doubt as you mentioned it is GPS only watch but as we can see in the video that it is having red line crown which is usually in Apple watch GPS+Celluar I think they might have replaced the crown hence you are not able to get the ECG data

sir aap ki watch ka crown changed hai kyu ki aap ka crown cellular + GPS wala laga hua hai (red ring lagi hui hai ) shayad aap ne dhyan ni dia . jub ki aap ki watch GPS only hai yani crown per red ring ni honi chahiya.
