Agreed, we don’t have any standardized process in place and somehow every RTO has a different format of IDP and documentation to follow. I’m remember how difficult it was for me to get an IDP when I came to Malaysia first time.

In 1997 I had gone to the USA and that time I got my IDP after Paying 15 Rs and that time they issued a booklet just like the one you showed . It was valid for one year from the date of issue.

Licence and driving Mesut country whenever you are driving licence issued by India it means its right hand drive so right hand drive many country just like Australia England USA Malaysia Africa simply they will allow you to drive with your Indian licence but it should contract with both country like a girl they didn't allow Indian licence in Gulf until you don't have a licence from other country or International it is temporary not for long term because there is left hand Europe is left hand whenever left hand driving is there there is there are not allowing measure it right hand country driving licence until you don't have a international driving licence but Gulf is not accepting for long term as visited I will love you I am holding the licence from many country so I know this is the rules

very interesting video. Thanks a lot. I want to share my story here. I am from Maharashtra, today I went for IDP in local Sangli office. They said the address in the passport is different from the address in the DL so they cannot issue IDP in Sangli and I have to collect it from Mumbai,-my passport address-. I GOT MY PASSPORT while I was studying and it has my hostel address. Funny story.

Gaganbhai, I didn't even get Card type IDP. I got a A4 Size Paper written as IDP by Mumbai RTO. Medical certificate is Form1A which was issued by Local Medical MBBS Practitioner for 100rs in just 10 minutes besides the RTO.
