Dr sahab namaskar. Sir main pichhle two years se deep breathing kar raha hu. Main sidha let kar karta hu. Five seconds tak under leta hu. Bees second tak rok kar rakhta hu. Fir ten seconds mein bahar nikalta hu. Fir teen second tak koi movement nahi karta. Fir teen second tak full relax karta hu. Yeh ek drill hui. Esko bees minute tak karta hu. Fayde etne huye ki ginwa nahi sakta. Koi negativity nahi rahi. Hamesha khush rahta hu. Sabko khushi baanta rahta hu. Aapke video se mujhe bahut motivation hua. Bahut bahut bahut dhanyawad.
