Dr sahab namaskar. Sir main pichhle two years se deep breathing kar raha hu. Main sidha let kar karta hu. Five seconds tak under leta hu. Bees second tak rok kar rakhta hu. Fir ten seconds mein bahar nikalta hu. Fir teen second tak koi movement nahi karta. Fir teen second tak full relax karta hu. Yeh ek drill hui. Esko bees minute tak karta hu. Fayde etne huye ki ginwa nahi sakta. Koi negativity nahi rahi. Hamesha khush rahta hu. Sabko khushi baanta rahta hu. Aapke video se mujhe bahut motivation hua. Bahut bahut bahut dhanyawad. nice work sir mera 02 month pehla thyphiod test positive aea tha IM Positive ,Covaid nahi tha sanse kech ke leta tha, ab wohi adatt pir gae he, beth ke zayada problem he, kuke chest me kench se perti he, or fear ke lehar dil ke taraf jate he, our jab me shallow breath demag pe chorta hu to daam ghutta he, mera ECG,Blood Test with ESR,Viral mark ,serological Test ,ultrasound,X rays theek he, bus typhidot test me IM positive , dakkar abi bhi atein he,bhook or payass ka aehsas nahi hota,stomach me ghench se parti sansh jab deep leta hu to betha hoa abdoman me kench se perta he, abb konse test ke tarf jana chahya,pulmonology,ya endoscopy
