I do own an iphone, it is 3 years old and still works perfectly. I dropped it countless times with no issues(it has a protective rubber case). I see no use in changing it for a newer model... but I bought it for work, not to fill some kind of void.

During all my life i have had 3 cell phones. right now i have an Iphone XR that i have had it since April of the last year . My last phone was an iPhone 8 that i have for a year and a half. I think that is sad the way in which time we enjoy doing other things is sad, and we buy just to buy, things are now designed so you have to buy more and more. Yes that's the dilemma our world is confronted with and going over the conversation under this video it seams that some people really fall for this system and think its a good thing. Cool video but I'm sick of message - we get it already. Find me someone who didn't know about this problem. My issue is lack of answers. It's not as simple as turning off your shit and moving on. The loudest voices are realistically actually doing nothing. The message is old and familiar. If you really want to "change the story", then there needs to be methods developed to increase recycling effectiveness, and you need see more companies turning landfills and waste deposits into something positive not only for the planet, but for our growing and expanding lifestyle as we push towards the stars. All that being said, I really did enjoy the video. Love me some animation.

Most likely, we collectively will not change until we are forced.

Wrong. The biggest change that could happen is for the masses to stop consuming the way they do. It's easy to say "It's the corporation's fault, THEY need to do something", but by doing that you claim no responsibility for yourself. If people stop buying, then the mass productions will eventually stop and the resources could go towards protecting what little we have left of the ecosystems that keep the human race alive. Is that happening? No, it's not. If it's not it means that the message was not yet received. As simple as that.

What are YOU doing to solve it, except that you are blaming the society and corporations and so on? Is the government fault that we let them steal everything? No. Is somebodies else fault that you are not happy? No. I do not think that the cable company put a gun on your head and asked: make a contract for us NOW. Is anybody else pushing the ON button on your remote when you go home and this is the first think you do?'. I use internet only from my work and when I work from home. Also I do the same with the TV... I do not use it at home, only when I play a game (rarely) on my console and that is it. Also, when I watch documentaries, but this is happening very very rare. I do not feel the need to watch the TV, I didn't feel the need to smoke anymore and I do not feel the fear to be alone with me and my mind. You should think that you control your mind and body, not other way around... It sounds very simple but once you start to remove everything from your life that disturbs you from being you (one at a time, of course) you will start to realize how simple it is to feel at peace with yourself and everything around you.

Often times when people lament to me how say the men in Congress are self serving I ask "And whose fault is that?" trying to get at the idea that it's OUR fault.
