So many magic feathers, haha, but if they help, great 🙂. Tried most things and failed (kept falling asleep or scaring myself), but it wasn't until I ¹q lucid dreaming that it finally worked. Just came out of a dream one am early and thought 'I wonder if I can sit up'. So I did. Then I thought, 'well, if I open my eyes, it will be blackness', but it wasn't. It was vision clearer than normal, which was shocking. So I got up and walked around the living room. I could hear others out in the darkness trying to get my attention, but I ignored them and focused on feeling the carpet under my feet. I couldn't. There was no sensory feedback with the exception of sight. Floated around a bit, turning in the air, and tried to get the cat's attention (fail!). Then I laid back down into my body and woke up super happy and excited. It was an awesome first full-body escape! 😎 Best wishes 💛

I have been having an experience while meditating recently, which your teachings here describes precisely. I see what I perceive to be the Eye of Source. As I focus on the eye, it seems to open wider, enough to make me want to look further. I have not entered the eye, as I was a bit afraid, but your description of the tunnel, and the graphics in the video is exactly what I saw. Gaia really bringing clarity tho A few years ago as I became more God conscious I started to read the Bible seeking understanding discovering how personal it can be then proceeded to the Koran due one leading to the other through physical life experience and revelations in dreams both talking to me personally about seeking wisdom/knowledge after a while found myself naturally cutting down on food , meditating when I wanted to take breaks from reading and sleeping for longer hours after a while I Found myself in a ultra state where I felt at peace and comfortable more than ever... When awake the physical world around me felt tranquil . I was observing deferent dimensions with in reality ( felt like my body was moving through different gates/barriers of life as I went on in my day. It was soo vivid councously and lasted long enough that I thought i died without experiencing death ) observing new things in my enviroment and humanity in the world around in my daily life... When I would be alone the scale of my consciousness projecting out of my mind ( what should have been imagination was replaced with somthing else soo beautiful I can't discribe but as amazing ) A Dark room became filled light... from me parcticing being patient with sitting in Darkness and listening to silence of the night with my eyes closed desiring to be in lit room, when I opend them I could see a Dot of light. Still, Floating in front of me and when I told myself its not real it started moving as if it was sentient, floating around the room, coming in contact with objects in the dark room then finally coming towards my face, fading out as it got closer. After this time .I've had other experiencess that have been more heightend. Just wish I could be more in control of them each time 😪

I astral travel all time, but when I smoke weed it suppresses it…when I do stop smoking, astral travel is very real for me. Very vivid, like I’m really there. Hello. You shouldn't say "the silver rope is a myth" just because you didn't see it yet! I know many people who saw it and realised it is a truth. @@MMM-cf4md I've had four sleep paralysis experiences and three or more lucid dreaming experiences...well 4 or more actually cuz one lasted for 2 days where I'd keep going in it...and others id forget if I was ever lucid or not, because even that you can forget...so really who know how many times I've acc been lucid or conscious during my experiences, I remember most to all my dreams...accept for the ones I dont ..obviously 😁😅.. From all my experiences I'd say only two were the most significant and most extreme and real... The first was when I met three people 1 was a teacher the others were students...he was teaching them archery and they wore it looked like leather outfits...the area was familiar for some reason...or should I say it resonated a familiar feeling..there was a wall and some plumbing beside them. I asked them all for their names as fast as I could..they all replied but for some reason I was in a hurry, I was petrified with fear of knowing I was waking up soon and the urge to simply know if they could speak and if they had names...so I shouted "what are your names please tell me..I dont have much time...I thought 'am I dreaming' .WHO ARE YOU JUST TELL ME YOUR NAMES! PLEASE!!", they all replied,but only with their names. The teacher/man was named oxen but I forgot the two females names..they were both blonde and one was taller than the other by a few inches..and oxen was coloured eyed brown haired straight falling down and he wore brown and baje robes. That's all I could get before I hurried through a door and after that I dont really remember a thing accept for the fact that I physically left that place unwillingly..

How do you explain dreams that would actually happen in real life? I usually have them. Like when I was younger I had a dream that my father and I were holding each other and looking at our rice field but the soil was so dry and had cracks, then that year it had "El Nino" or dry season, a lot of farmers were not able to plant rice or the rice did not grew well. It was a tough year for us.

You can use it to spy on other people but if you go into meditation to try to do that solely it won't work. You have to be in a certain state of mind to be able to push out of the flesh suit. After you have mastered it then you can go wherever you want. It can be dangerous if you have a negative infestation of spirits, though uncommon. Certain frequencies can made it extremely difficult to astral project at all. Its almost impossible to sever someone's silver cord.

When I managed to clearly remote view, it caused the virtego/falling feeling and it snapped me out of it. Even when I used D.M.T. One survey of astral projectors showed that only 30% of them have vibrations (so around only one in every four). They are just a side effect that some get while trying to project. (I hardly ever have vibrations). Even if you are one of the people who do get them, you still will probably need to learn how to get out from there. Okay, sooo... I had never astral projected before. In fact I didn't even know what that was. I had recently move to Denver, CO. I was really involved in meditation. I was not happy with the reality in which I was living, so to escape, I would meditate long hours at a time. One night or morning (3 am), I had just finished with a extremely refreshing meditation. I turned over on my right side (the side I normally sleep on) when I started getting a sensation of being scanned. It started at the top of my head and would swoop downwards toward my feet and then reverse. This went on for several minutes. It was like ecstasy. I just laid there enjoying every moment. It was like a powerful electromagnetic field was tracing over my body. Then suddenly it stopped and I started hearing a static clicking in my head. First it was short pulses, then it became longer and more intense as it progressed. I wasn't more than 10 times maybe less. Suddenly, I rolled out of my bed and onto my feet. As I was "rolling" it felt as if I were being torn away like Velcro. There I was standing on my feet. I was wide awake and had been so through the whole event (and would continue to be so). I could see everything in my room and out my bedroom door looking down the hallway. As I was looking down the hallway in my apartment it was if I began to be sucked off my feet and in a flash, I WAS FLYING! I was not asleep. I kept telling myself "Dude, you are not sleeping, you are awake dude, you are awake. Oh my God! What's going on?" I could feel the wind in my hair. I could hear the swoosh. I could feel every inch of my body just as naturally as I normally would. Within about 10 seconds I landed on the bulwark of what I believe to be about a six story building. I could see the street below and the streetlights shining. I could see cars moving. Suddenly, I thought to myself, "Dude, you're really afraid of heights." As soon as I thought that, someone was standing behind me. He slid his hands under my arms and rapped his arms around my chest. A voice in my head said, "Don't worry, I won't let you fall." I started to turn my head to look back to see who it was. When I did this, he turned his head back also and the voice in my head again spoke. This time it said, "Sorry but I can't let you see my face." I looked back forward. I looked at my surroundings. I thought to myself, "Why am I here? What am I supposed to see? This is real. This isn't a dream." Suddenly, I got this incredible itch on my nose, but I didn't want to move to scratch it. I wanted everything to stay the same. But I couldn't stand it any longer and reached to give it a quick scratch. That's when I got sucked in reverse back into my body. I leaped out of my bed and started up and down the hallway to my living room back and forth. I was so excited. I wanted to tell somebody. I almost went to the phone. But, then I thought, "You can't call people at this time of the morning, besides they will just think you are crazy." That being said, I don't talk to people about it. I was going to leave the part about my nose itching out, because that in itself sounds pretty dumb. But that's what happened so I decided to tell the truth and leave it in. So there it is. My first Astral Projection and I wasn't even trying to.

I haven't experienced anything strange since last March when I woke up and found a guy in my room looking through my stuff. He was only a few feet away. I saw him clearly. I always lock the door to my bedroom at night, so I couldn't figure out how he got in. I yelled at him, saying, "What are you doing!." I threw a pillow at him, at which time he desolved. He didn't just disappear. He resolved. Crazy huh?

I have Astral traveled once in my life (very recently) and I have no clue how I even did it. It was a beautiful experience and only lasted for about an hour (earth time) but felt like an eternity (space time). Coming back to my body was strange. I couldn't figure it out at first and was unsure if it was the correct version on "me" that I left behind. As strange as it sounds, you won't believe it until you experience it. I always was fascinated by Astral travel but I was skeptical about it until I actually experienced it. Best feeling/experience I've yet had.

I'm finally at the right place on KZbin and don't feel weird to find out there's so many others like me or have similar experiences. I've been this way my whole life. My dreams are never like dreams. So real that whenever I eat or smell within it, I can taste the food and feel everything that whenever I wake up, sometimes I bring that back with me. when I was just a kid my mother told me that i sleep walk often until my dad one night that I went running toward him slap me in the face so hard that I woke up and never did that again. During the years I had many sleep paralysis (that I hate so much) and from nowhere i began to experience a high pitch whistle or vibrations through the whole body that become pretty stressful until one night i had my first experience with the usual high whistle sound that I don't know why but i choose to increase it till the point that I found my self floating above the body and I normally freaked out and woke up straight away but I understood something that night. Now is been a few years from the first time and I can induce the out body experience and I learn how to fly, float, trespass walls etc... Is a beautiful experience that I advice to everyone else that have any interest and in my case I still map the boundaries each time I go through and I keep learning new things about those dimensions. I can just say that I got many more questions about afterlife than before.

Oh my gosh, you aren't! I thought the exact same thing but after I did what you read in my comment, I realised that something wasn't wrong with me and the fact that happened to me spontaneously explained to me that like near death experience statistics that only a percentage of population had those kind of vision, I was olso automatically included in a similarly percentage section, like you are! Now is up to you to test or not my advice on trying to increase the noise or not, the only thing I can say that im100% sure is that you must be able to keep your thoughts positively and if you manage to stand up leaving your body you will find hard to stay calm and controlling the excitement but each time you will be sucked back in your body don't move a finger and don't wonder to much with your mind and you will be able to keep leaving your body for 5/6 time and enjoy your experience. Hope I didn't bother you too much.

Thanks. Good advice. Had similar experiences too. A couple years ago, I made it out of body twice. Want to go at it again. I’ve experienced the whistling also as a teenager. And would often get sleep paralysis. I didn’t know what it was and it scared me to the point that I would do things and try to find ways to keep it all from happening. Now I know what it is and I want to get out of body and it’s not as easy!

Ive floated out of my physical body a few times. 1st couple times i freaked out and boom,, i was back, but another time i just went with it. It was so awesome. I floated outside late at night and had a pretty unique experience however, i ended up getting kinda worried and was thinking that I wouldn't make it back. I've Astral projected multiple times on different psychedelics.. I've been in crazy places, seeing some crazy things, while telepathically communicating with orbs and other forms of life. What I can tell you for sure is that there is more to our existence than this life. We go on after this body, and your actions here reflect where you'll be heading afterward. I then meditated for around 15 to 20 minutes (didn’t time it so not completely sure how long it was) then I followed the same process and path I had done during regression and found my way to the space between lives. I’m no expert, so I cannot describe the process better unfortunately. I think I was just fortunate to have done it with a guide a couple of times prior

I was able to achieve obes in the past after 2 months of practice. It’s not hard, but requires daily practice and good glandular function. I was able to enter sleep paralysis easily after sleeping, and after more practice I was able to enter SP without sleeping at all - it was very strange feeling. When I was in SP I felt intense vibrations and noises like a white noise allover my body. From the state of SP you can have remote viewing and astral travel. There are yogic techniques to help achieve normal (or super normal) glandular function. Porn and drugs are destructive for the nervous system and glands. The glands are the link between the physical and the spirit. And no, it's not a dream. I was able to observe things in my house while I was out of my body and later verifying them with my mom. At some point I stopped with astral travel because fear mostly.. I hope to start again and explore the universe and knowing myself as a being better.
