Very true. I have a C-1 FR-S SLS Elite on the way now. One of the main reasons I got it is because of how good it sounds clean in the demo's here on KZbin. Climbing the walls waiting to get it though.

Schecter is just heads and tails above the rest.. I have an Ibanez and Jackson guitars then there are my Schecters. Love them they are my go to guitar whether we're live or I'm playing in my apt. I'm really interested in these with the sustaniac though. Great Video!!!

I have a Schecter synyster but I like this guitar not bcs of its pickup...schecter always give the best pickup especially sustainiac but i love its fingerboars inlay...it looks like Roman Inlay😍😍

@@spartanguitarist6579 They are great guitars and MORE than worth the money. With Schecter, you seem to get the most for your money. I put them online with Ibanez as far as quality and their Korean Made are extremely well made guitars. For me, the best guitars come from Japan, S Korea, and USA, in that order. PRS being the exception cause their guitars are just superb as well.

How does the neck pickup on this guitar sounds when the sustainer is deactivated? It seems to me that it has that typical rounded/darkened sound

The Sustainiac neck pickup,when not activated works like a singlecoil.

Even if he seems to look like a single pickup, he has more power than the other. It's strange because he's linked with the electronic board of the Sustainiac: when your battery is low, this pickup has an horrible sound. It's used as an indicator of power failure. In clean, lot of bass presence.

It's an active pickup when neck is selected and sustain turned off. It sounds a lot different compared to the bridge as and active does.

I like Schecter guitars but their options are pretty Limited and as far as all those colors I prefer a more neutral colors that aren't so flashy . The colors are overrated only to sell guitars. Floyd Rose tremolo have to many nooks and crannies you can't keep it clean and one big thing they don't talk about is how heavy that guitar is. And I think guitars with a scratch plate are important for maintaining a good finish.

They would probably sell a lot more if they didn't have those butt ass ugly headstocks. I like the headstock of the sunset and reaper series but they are all over $600. Need some options in the $300 -$400 range.
