After reading Doomsday clock, it is safe to claim that Dr. Manhattan just sits in a much higher plane of existence within the DC cosmology than a lot of DC and Marvel characters. Having said that, a full fed Galactus ain’t no joke either. However, this will be way too much for Galactus to handle - don’t misinterpret my statement, Galactus is super super powerful and he will def put up a hell of a fight, but Dr. Manhattan is just on another level.
