NPC Advantages: no requirements. gardevoir (life dew) is particularly helpful due to weezing's lack of healing move or item and reliance on heal cheers. burners (drifblim, arcanine), and paralyzers (bellibolt, umbreon, and dudunsparce) help. sylveon (charm) and intimidators (tauros, staraptor) are somewhat helpful due to taunt.
Strategy: taunt, 3x play rough, taunt, play rough until your stats get wiped. heal cheer if HP gets very low. 6x curse. use clear smog occasionally to reset sceptile's stats (you can optimize this by frequently checking its stats with the Y button). terastalize, play rough until shield breaks. optional taunt. play rough to victory.
Notes: if you don't like the fact that play rough misses 10% of the time, you can use tera blast instead, which can't miss, but deals slightly less damage when terastalized, and far less damage before terastalizing. galarian weezing is the only pokemon with a base type that's supereffective against dragon that can learn both taunt and clear smog, giving it a unique advantage in this particular raid (due to sceptiles unlimited use of dragon dance). It has a lot of potential as a supporter as well, where curse and play rough can be replaced with misty terrain (for paralysis), flamethrower (for burn) or will-o-wisp, and atk EVs can be moved to def.
Pros: supereffective tera type matching base type, decent HP stat, excellent def stat, great atk stat, resists leaf storm and leaf blade before terastalizing. immune to breaking swipe. taunt prevents sceptile from using dragon dance for 3 turns and can be used while shield is down. curse buffs 1 atk stage and 1 def stage. clear smog resets sceptile's stat stages, which counters dragon dance far more effectively when the shield is up than alternatives like breaking swipe. play rough has 90 base power, 90 accuracy, and deals supereffective STAB (tera-boosted when terastalized) damage. it also lowers atk 1 stage 9% of the time. covert cloak prevents paralysis (normally 10% chance) from thunder punch.
Cons: relies on heal cheers to heal. outsped by sceptile

Tehnically you should be able to axcomplish this with a normal Weezing, no?

It will be harder due to lack of fairy typing, but yes that sounds doable. I might give it a try.
