I am extremely excited about this property in the potential which can be delivered through a very contemporary renovation and design.
The AFFRESCO…. Are we serious, just that is worth a huge amount!!!

Davide, I don't know what it is about this property but it beckons to me. I have watched this video again and again with dreams floating around in my head. I love the location and the town seems like a great solution for what we are looking for. Unfortunately, because of the reconstruction needed, I wouldn't be able to purchase it at this price. However, if they are ever open to some heavy negotiating, let me know. Curiously, what do you think the reconstruction cost would be for this property?

Very very difficult question!! With over 200 towns to choose from I can only give you an answer based on facts! If Elegant is the word that needs to be associated to the choice, I would say Lecce.

During Davou’s visit the property was under offer, but also part of a concept that I’m still very keen to take forward. Since then the property has become available again. It will probably sale through a different agency very soon.... unfortunately.... My concept can and will be adapted to any property that needs restoration, but I particularly loved this one.... 💔
