Buying ₹15-16k phone and replacing it in 2 years is no big deal but for some doing same for ₹26k phone is not easy. So need to keep these things in mind when buying. OnePlus, Apple and Pixel have very good optimization in same regards so for others devices choice is either powerful processor or Custom ROM.

Those dark mode issues can be easily fixed through turning off force dark mode on specific apps in miui settings. Average user may not consider but xiaomi devices have really great third party ROM support on XDA which non existent on samsung devices. Looking all the factors feel like redmi note 10 is worth the price.

Why would you not score the one huge difference? Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro (Max) offers a Dual SIM + Micro SD option, the Galaxy A52 only gives you a hybrid dual SIM, so you can't mount two SIM cards and an SD card at the same time. That is a huge disadvantage of the A52! I also missed the mentioning of the IR blaster for the Note 10 Pro, apparently being able to use the phone for the TV is not that important to mention. Then again a complete skipping of the macro lenses. Isn't there anything to mention? Like a 5 mpx telemacro sensor with autofocus which is extremely rare on budget phones in comparison to a 5 mpx macro cam with no autofocus as far as I know. Yes we normally do not need the phone to be able to switch the TV on or off, but It's nice to be able to. Also almost nobody shoots makros, but still autofocus is autofocus. But the lack of an SD card with two SIM's is huge, that should have been mentioned!

@@aenonsubba Samsung has said it will push ads in the upcoming future for all of its midrange phones, But I guess thats a fair tradeoff as samsung now wants to compete fiercely in the midrange and budget segment. It wont be as intrusive as Miui 10, Even Xiaomi has toned down its ads a lot. So Yeah I guess If Samsung has to lower the profit margin it will need to sustain its products at a lower price. I'm not as worried. Ad free experience will be a flagship trait from now on. And Dont update M51 plees. Camera has been acting weird since the last update. Only A series are the best for long term s/w support both the M Series and F series are just too competitively priced for Samsung to support them after 1 year of sales. M51 is such a killer device, now slowly getting crushed with updates #downgrades. Apple is guilty of this too.

So I will buy her the A52 . Not that the Note 10 Pro is a bad phone but currently she is using a Redmi Note 7 and she is not very excited . I purchased realme x at launch @15300 in 2019 and then redmi k 20 pro later @23k which had far better specs but still found realme x experience better. Its all marketing gimmicks and we should not fall into it and look to save money as any new launched phone will be outdated in 6 months time. Just look at Samsung m51 which is still a good phone but no one talk about it now.

Camera & Performance = iPhone 11, Performance=OP, jack of all = S20 FE 5G. Even though iPhone 11 may outperform the FE, it lacks a lot of features like oled display, 120hz refresh rate, triple cameras and also has better design. Oneplus will perform well, but I'd still pick Samsung for better cameras with marginally lower performance.

I will say go for s20FE 5G. Am using it since 1 month ( even after so many negative reviews about it ) but to my surprise the phone is really good. Battery in the 1st 2 days wasnt tht great, but after that i easily gets 7 + hrs sot with 20-30% left before sleep after lots of social meadia use and video streaming . Idel drain at night with wifi and data off, is 2%. Which is so impressive as my ROG3. Am not a gamer, so cant comment about it. Camera also good , but not better than my previous S10 plus. I also have a ROG3, which is better in speraker performance and battery (as it hav bigger battery). So you can easily go for the s20 fe 5G.

Redmi Note 10 Pro 6/128 is now for sale at the price of $230 which is insanely good value for money, yes A52 4G is better overall but it's also way more expensive, and in many markets cheapest version is 4/128 which is horrible because One UI needs 6GB of RAM at least, 4GB version is stuttering compared to 6GB and 8GB RAM. Also by installing Google Camera port on Redmi Note 10 Pro you can imrove video quality from the main camera, there is 4K30fps with EIS available, which is better than A52 4G which doesn't have EIS in 4k, only OIS which is not enough.

You have to admit, when you consider the 3 years of OS support plus 4 years of security updates, you actually get better value from the Samsung as Xiaomi, no matter how great their phones are at the time of purchase, always lose out in terms of overall support and hardware issues. I already bought the A52 i dont think its over prised, after all i think samsung's Ul is better tha xiaomi and the camera sysyem has 0IS which is a flagsip feature, and the photos of a52 has noticable better sharpness and dynamic range and even though the redmi note 10pro max is made of glass but it broke in durability and Samsung's plastic builds phone didnt broke. so i went for samsung niw its ur personal choice.

Definitely Samsung has an edge on quality per dolar spent, plus the promise of prolonged updates makes it a really good investment over Xiaomi. The 5G A52 model has 120Hz refresh rate, and from personal experience, the fingerprint sensor gets better with time, idk, why it just detects the finger faster later, somehow
