Nice setup, Matt. Now, if the Display was the same size as the Signal Meter, my eyes would like it better. But then, add the Frequency Counter, and then you would have to reduce the number of control knobs. Back to Volume and Squelch only, like the radios of old? Never mind, do not listen to the old guy behind the curtain. 🙄🙁🤣 😑🦗

I'll do one better for ya..how about a 2.4" display? There is a STB option that I always forget to mention, so thank you for reminding me 🤪😁.. it's external but easy on the ol' peepers!!

Question and sorry for my lack of knowledge. Would you have to adjust your antenna for the different frequencies. My current setup I'm only resident in the middle of the regular 40 channels. Awesome channel kit I want to get one

Well that's a good question. Some folks may have to adjust there antenna if they are not broadbanded enough. A lot of antennas though are good from 12 to 10 meters without much of an issue with swr

Also like to give an update on your non dds vfo drift fix the crystal heaters are working great in the cold turned the radio on (outside temp was in the upper 20’s inside of my truck was in the lower 30’s) and did my pretrip and radio was right on frequency from the previous day hope that helps someone out who😢 like myself was on a budget and wasn’t able to get the DDs vfo at this time
