Big help! I had to do it blind ( no screen) and I was able to do it with the reset, boot to admin menu, 4 clicks down, select yes then tell it to reboot. Thanks

For the ones were this doesn't work try it again but this time connect your laptop to your phone with a cable. I had the same issue but now I fixed it.

That was good but what do you do when after all the resetting and successful screen to input data as you show you keep getting the message "Sorry, Something went wrong. Please try again later."? After trying for days and calling tech support your told to go to a shop and pay for I don't know what.
