Great review. Picked up one off ebay last week. Bought a brown upper portion "dickey" for the upper under part. Will have to have some tailoring by adding a few more clips to the obi for my son to tighten it up.

Very cool! Thanks for posting this. I've been wanting to get a new one for a while and I didn't know where to get one. The one I have is like 20 years old, from after when The Phantom Menace came out. My brother's wife made it. And I got bits and pieces from the internet.

After cosplaying as a Ghostbuster for nearly a decade, it's time to switch modes and go with my second favorite franchise! I got the Galaxy's Edge tunic, belt and cloak (shoulda sprung the extra $30 for the robe) during my last trip to Disneyland for my and my girlfriend's 20th anniversary. Piecing everything else together now.

I am 171/173 or so and i went for the large version.. now i see you are wearing the s/m/l version.. That is a bummer i think i a have to send it back for a new one in the correct size.. :(

Thanks for your video! It sure was informative.. And, awesome Jedi Tunic, really!! At first, I was looking at the Amazon (Cosplaysky) one, same as the one you have I believe. But I would prefer to spend a bit more if that gives me additional quality and comfort.. Therefore, I am thinking of picking up the same Galaxy's Edge Jedi Tunic. Unfortunately, they seem to be out-of-stock at the moment. Do you happen to have an idea if they go out-of-stock frequently, and are frequently restocked? I did already order the same leather belt, which I came across before watching your video! Seems to be very well made and of good quality. I went for the Dark Brown one..

@@GlydalsWorkshop Thanks for your feedback. Seems they have restocked the size S/M, which I think is the right size for me.. I am 5.8 (176 cm) and normally built.. What size did you go for, if I might ask? Just noticed you also went for the size S/M.. Forget me asking.. ;) You also mentioned in one of your videos you had a Jedi robe in mind (Etsy?).. Do you mind me asking what you had in mind exactly. I would like to get a quality robe, and want to avoid the very thin / cheap robes.. Again, would prefer to pay a little extra for a better quality!

A Large would be my recommendation. I'm about the same size, and the Medium is a bit on the short side. - Rob

Do the bits that hang down below the belt come in a larger length? Or is that that standard size?

The size is standard in all tunics of the same size. There is no way, as far as I know, to get longer or shorter strips unless you buy two tunics and cut the strips off of one and sew them to the other. - Rob

I was worried about the same, but they’ve held up great for me so far, even after a full day at a Con. If you’re worried, go a size up. It would fit a bit looser, but the Obi would still fit well. - Rob

How thick is the fabric? Does it feel cheap?

It’s not too thick. And it feels nice. Definitely higher quality than standard Cosplay fabrics. More like a nice t-shirt. - Rob
