For the folds you lost on the belt ( just an idea ) lay it down on a flat surface and add the folds then place a heavy object on top of it to help bring out that look and let it sit there for a few hours

You cam iron too, maybe. Depends on the fabric, but you may need a press cloth or pillow case between the obi and the iron

Thanks, Dan-O - this was timely, as I was annoyed at myself this morning for not have gotten a tunic during my visit to WDW a couple of weeks ago, and was wondering what the size options would be for adults. I briefly visited the shop while I was there and saw them in person, but got sidetracked because it was a busy morning and never remembered to return. This is an awesome robe. I'm glad to hear that the belts are big, I bought a jedi robe off of Amazon but the belt it came with is too small so I'll have to pick one up when I go next in September. When I went in February, I wore my Mandalorian Bounty Hunter hoodie, and I wore my Savi's workshop lightsaber on my belt with it, bringing to life my force sensitive bounty hunter character that I made on Lego Star Wars awhile ago.

I went just recently and was really happy as a bigger guy to find sizes that fit me, i ended up getting the entire set of sith robes, the tunic, belt, lightsaber clip. i did this mainly because i had saved for months for this trip, but honestly it really warmed me up to know that my sizes were kept in mind and that even with my being above average, i still looekd fantastic in the outfit. also helps that it's high qualtiy material being used

I hadn't planned to buy anything when I went to Disneyland last month, but then I found the Black Spire Outfitters... I spent $250 for the tunic, belt and a cloak. I should have bought a larger size than I did since the obi was too short as well. I think I need to buy the bigger size next time

Dan-O, I'm a bigger man myself, planning to eventually visit Batuu. I have in mind a sort of Jedi-ish smuggler character (not canon, totally original). Maybe a Jedi tunic with a smuggler vest and a Jedi belt for a lightsaber. If I'm understanding the guidelines you're describing here, then my original character should be permissible to Disney, right? (I actually started developing this character after reading about 'living your own Star Wars adventure/story' with regard to the starcruiser hotel in Florida, but I want to make sure the dress guidelines would be appropriate. The vest is something I already have, made by my late wife, for my bigger size, in a light brown that I think would go well over a Jedi tunic. I'm also writing out this character's story. I'm a writer, that's what I do. :-) )

I got the Jedi tan get-up from Galaxy's Edge. I issue I am having is the brown jedi belt doesn't stay in place. It slides down. Any suggestions on how to keep it from sliding down?

I have the same issue. I try to wear it at the widest part of my belly but it does slide down some and I do have to adjust it regularly

Short is the key. I have a cardigan that goes to my knees and I’ve not had any problems. But shorter the better.

And I'll get a lightsaber and a holocron to go with it. Now Im not a cosplayer by any means just figured I'd do something really cool

Hey dan-o is the tunic that comes with the palatine robe ok to ware at Disney? I mainly ask because I know it’s a longer tunic but I’d rather have the palpatine robe over the sith robe and would like to not have to also get the sith tunic to be able to dress in the park

The Palpatine robe is just a long robe that you are not allowed to wear at the park. If you’ve seen in on a mannequin and it has a tunic, that’s the same tunic I’m showing in the video. It’s sold separately.

eBay is your best bet. Maybe find a Disney personal shopper service. I have hundreds of people ask me every week to get stuff for them. I’ve known people who have had their passes revoked for reselling items so I never do. That and I’m not local. I live in another state entirely, I’m just fortunate that I can make the trip out of state once every month or so.

Sleeves like those are such a pain honestly. I love bell sleeves and similar sleeves but they ALWAYS get in the way. I have the Slytherin robes from Universal Studios and they're always in my way for everything I do lol
