Great video as usual! Have you considered doing a video on the various options available to help people who tend to get sea sick? While I don’t get sea sick, I’ve watched other family members and charter fishing guests get sick on the boat…it’s not pretty, and ruins their whole day. Just an idea for a topic for you guys. Whole grilled fish is the best way to go to get the most meat. Anything under 2-3 pounds its probably best to grill whole. I have only been doing this the last 2 years of my over 40 years of fishing but what a smart thing to finally do.

OH...Mouth watering! I am going to try your tartar sauce recipe! I make my own too but your's sounds better. Have you ever tried a filleting trick some old conchs taught us? Once you have cut the fish from the gill to the tail, stop just before you get to the end. Then flip the fish down to the end so that the skin is on the table with the fillet still attached by the tail a little bit. Then run your knife down the fillet to remove the skin just as you would normally, however, you have the tail to hold on to at the start giving you a bit more leverage.
