Nice Gallagher tester. Either deer run through our fence or I'm picking pieces of the fencer up out of the pasture when lightning hits it. (Lightning gets our most often). I've thrown money into the arresters but found that was a waste.

That lightning is a funny thing. Had it fry my fencer and submersible well pump one night.

Yours is a little different than ours.. ours shows voltage as a number up top.. still works the same.. made by the same outfit 😎👍

Usually this is in the wrong pickup so I resort to a screwdriver or hammer and jump it to a steel post to check it.

@@AgWildNebraska we have pieces of half stripped bury wire on all the bikes, works great for checking spark!! The fancy tester comes out when we can't find the problem 👍😁
