Got I've got a problem with mine there is a code on there er 22 and it's not working at all

I can't recall off the top of my head what that error code is. How old is a unit is it? If it's under warranty, you can either send it to myself or to Gallagher if you're located here in the states. If you're overseas somewhere, then I would definitely send it to a Gallagher distributor. If it's out of warranty, send it to me because Gallagher will charge you full retail on the parts and everything, where I won't be as high and I'll give you a longer warranty.

Hello Stanley, Martin here from South Africa, Gallagher distributors. We are a fence energizer repair & service center dealing mainly with Gallagher energizers, but also do repairs on other brands as well. The M10,000i is a unit I know very well and we do specialize in repairing them. Error 22 on a M10,000i energizer means there is a load sense failure. The problem could lie with the energizer main board or logic board. The problem is likely to be on the energizer board which is the most expensive electronic part on this particular energizer model. There is a load sense inductor L3 that could be faulty and resulting in the error. The energizer board must be swapped out and then see if the problem goes away. Mostly this works but if the problem still exists then the problem will be on the load detect test circuitry in the logic board. This repair must be done by a professional like Fencer Fixer and if the energizer is under warranty by Gallagher's repair department. If the energizer is over 2 years old the 12 x pulse grade capacitors (15uf 1200v) must be checked in farads as well as the M10,000i is pretty hard on the 9 x charging capacitors, especially if the unit is operating at 130-160 Amps on a fence load.
