Gallons of Kheer for Children of my Village | बच्चो का Food Festival | Diwali Special

Village food which comprises of desserts is classic example of being close to nature, my grand ma used to prepare this rice pudding for me and my cousins whenever we paid a visit to her at her place, which in other words was our home town and our favorite food was kheer or as it's called rice pudding, thanks to my grandma for sharing this recipe with me.
rice pudding recipe adapted here is a very rich and wholesome recipe of ingredients which comprise of full fat milk, sugar, rice, nuts like cashews, almonds, pistachio, raisins, chironji and to top it all fragrant spices like cardamom powder and the king of them all saffron or as it's called kesar
