This is exactly why I watch this show. It is genuine and they truly scout out talent. And Bruno is just a gem and appreciates good talent. Other than the change of Simons attitude after the birth of his son, from mean ogre to a caring compassionate and supportive judge, Bruno is the best thing that could happen to the show. He brings compassion and empathy and fellow feeling to the show and he touches hearts of many. I am grateful that he has joined the panel of judges.

Simon has always been more forgiving on BGT/AGT than he is on X factor. Where if contestants don't have the potential to compete with the very best, they are wasting the judges time. Terry’s contract is up but he still does the show because he loves being the host even without the network being involved. I think thats the story of the hosts.
