The Sony NP-FZ100 has 16,4 Wh. the Nitecore has 38,5 Wh. That is not 3x, it is 2,3x. But the rated (useable) energy is 5 V 6600 mAh, which is 33 Wh. So you can charge the Sony NP-FZ100 2x or a bit less because you will need about 18 Wh to charge a 16,4 Wh battery from 0-100 %.
