Game Changing Echo Farming Trick in Wuthering Waves

I forgot to mention this in the video, but this trick also applies to the Dreamless Echo farming. Always farm this domain on the LOWEST Difficulty IF you are just going for the Echo drop, since the Echo Drop Rates are PURELY based on your Data Bank Level. Also don't forget, you can eat food in the overworld, so if your characters are still not strong enough to 1-shot the mobs, eat some cheap Skewers or other cheap ATK foods! We have to craft them every week anyway for the weekly quest, might as well put them to good use Currently, there also appears to be a 'hidden pity' for Echo Farming. For bosses, if you don't get a Boss Echo drop, the next one has a very high chance to drop. For elites, if you don't get an Elite Echo drop in 3 kills, the next one has a very high chance to drop.

Did you know that you can garantee echo drop because there is a pity to it. elite -> after 3 elite didnt drop you are 100% getting an echo boss -> after 1 didnt drop 1cost -> no pity you can therefore farm your desired set using this info (or just go in a friend world endlessly) Enjoy the grind

one important thing - there's actually a limit on how many resources you can get from farming mobs (I guess I farm them that much to see it huh). So technically you lose out on some resources if you hit the limit, but echos are definitely a lot more valuable.

OOOOOMALORD this is game changing, me as an fp2 player so I save resources as much as possible. that is why I have low level echos even tho I main that certain character. lower the world level helped a lot in challenging cost-4 echos and having a portable waypoint closer to the boss helps me cycle 3 or maybe even 4 world bosses

One thing you didnt mention and is the most important, is a video that KokkyGacha did. There is a pity system for echo drops. Every 4th kill, youre guranteed to get an echo drop. So thats why when some people sre farming echos and theyre doing the tracking, theyll go kill the echo theyre looking for, then see another next to it and kill those and get an echo drop, then go to the next location of the one they want, not get a drop and do the same thing again. Which can make it feel like you farm forever and arent getting the echo tou want to drop, but its cause youre ruining your pity. So as people are farming, if they keep track in their head, they can gurantee the one they want to drop. It doesnt gurantee itll be 5*, but it might. So if you kill one, no drop, then kill two more 3 cost echos and still dont see drop, go directlt to the echo you want and itll gursntee you get one. Now you can definitely get one before the 4th kill and sometimes get doubles, etc, but if you hit the dry spell, you will 100% get one on the fourth kill. Same goes for bosses. If you kill Thundering Mephist and dont get a drop, the next boss you fight, is guranteed to drop. So when you fight a boss and dont get a drop, go directly to the boss you want and you will. The normal bosses share a pool and so do the weeklies. So if you want dreamless to drop, go back and forth fighting the turtle and dreamless. Again, all credit for this goes to KokkyGacha. Mtashed even made a video and showed the whole process and it worked 100% of the time.

This is honestly pretty useful when entering a new SOL3 Phase. Since it doesn't hamper down your farming speed if you're still a little bit lagging behind your current SOL3 Phase. It's also pretty easy to manage since you just need to burn Stamina every 12 hours when you're at/switch to your highest World Level. Although for players who have already raised really well built characters this will be less of a concern down the line since your built Echoes doesn't need to keep up with your SOL3 Phase unlike your Ascension, Levels, Skill Levels etc. Overall I do consider this a very major tip for people only entering Union Level 30 just now, since once you reach Data Bank Level 15 this will be a incredibly strong strategy to have in order to quicken the pace of you clearing your targeted Echoes in the Open World along with Bosses that you might not be capable of taking down in a short amount of time (around sub 30s or faster)

i personally like to lower the difficulty when it comes to farming the Crownless echo. you still get gold echoes from the lowest difficulty, and the fight becomes way faster so it is worth doing. but dont accept the rewards cuz they are less rewards for the same waveplates. great vid

Guys the person who originally found out this trick is a youtuber by the name if KokkyGacha. Just making sure the dude gets the propper credit for finding this out. If it weren't for him we wouldn't have this awesome trick to expedite echo farming. before you do this, make sure to use your waveplates because you can't access lvl 60 forgery challenges, and all waveplate activities are reduced rewards.
