I ate my half all in one go without really thinking about it, then we watched the Nightmare Before Christmas. Half way through the movie, I lost my shit. Everything was goddamn hilarious, and after it was over, I got up, went across my room to my Mach 5 model, and explained the plot of Speed Racer, and all of the cars gadgets to my BF for an hour and a half.

Oscar Oliver If you do, make sure you're being safe about it. I had a bad time once, and I had an anxiety attack during a real shitty trip. I was with two extremely close friends though, and they got me through it until I came down. Now, that hardly ever happens, but make sure you're with people you're 100% comfortable with, and you're someplace familiar and chill, friendo. Also snacks. Snacks help. Not that you should do drugs...Bad.

Story time: one day before a band concert, this kid brought in some brownies, and me and my friend and him ate a few. I only ate one, but my friend ate three... Turns out they were pot brownies. My friend had a snare solo in the middle of the song and when it came time for him to play it, he totally bombed it and just stood there with his sticks above the drum with the stupidest smile slowly spreading across his face. The solo was maybe five measures long and the last measure or so all you could hear was the three of us who ate the brownies holding in laughter. My director was not happy to say the least

The first time I smoke or much more so the 2nd time since I didn't feel to high the 1st, I got high enough to where I felt like I was in the Matrix, I took a huge lung destroying hit from a steam roller, nearly threw up XD, felt great after went to the roller rink which was like a common hang out and just skated around. It actually really does help with anxiety a lot. I have horrible anxiety, to the point I found it hard to leave the house for awhile, I tried many prescription drugs such as Prozac to solve the problem,I also tried seeing a psychologist. None of this helped, but when I started smoking weed I found the anxiety became tolerable, it didn't go away but it sure as hell got better.

So this one day, a friend of mine brought some pot brownies to school. Because, you know, senior year is the perfect time to pull that kinda shit and get kicked out. He didn't, because he wasn't offering them to anyone or anything, so no one knew he had them. He also had some normal brownies. I think it was like his birthday and someone gave them to him so he coud share some and keep "the leftovers" for himself. Anyway, he hadn't told anyone that some of the brownies had weed in them yet, but one of our friends decides he's gonna take a brownie. And there's a teacher right there, so he can't tell him which container to take from without looking suspicious. You can guess what happened. Apparently he managed to power through it without realizing what was going on despite never having had weed before. So anyway, the day goes on and my friend's eaten a few brownies and is decently high when he gets the idea to eat all the rest of them at once. There's like six left, and he gets through four of them before deciding that he can't eat anymore and has to get rid of the rest of them. I don't know why, he was probably paranoid. So he offers the last two to me. Now, I'm not into weed, so I refuse. And only a handful of other people knew that they were actually pot brownies by that point, and none of them were around. They probably wouldn't have taken it, anyhow. And I clearly remember he had just the saddest look on his face when he threw the brownies away, it was priceless.

Many people overreact when they enter a stressful part of their life and get medication for it when it's just normal anxiety, and those people are the kind most are referring to when they talk about this stuff. chaos2inferno You're going to need to cite some sources, because I've never heard anything about anxiety disorders as being "over diagnosed". There is more than one code for anxiety disorders to be assigned, so I seriously doubt any one code is being over assigned considering that there are specific codes for temporary disorders such as seasonal depression or anxiety the result of a life event. That doesn't mean they don't need the medication. If anything is over diagnosed, it is antibiotics though luckily that has been occurring less and less due to education on how the over prescription and incorrect prescription of antibiotics has lead to super-germs.

Chronic anxiety disorders have been over-diagnosed for a few reasons, one of which being the misdiagnosis of temporary disorders as chronic disorders. Back in the day I was working home from work one evening and this guy popped his head out of his front door and invited me in to smoke some pot with with him. Now, I'm afraid to say, but to this day I don't know his name. He was one of my regular customers of the shop I ran at the time, but he was an OK guy and I would never turn down a spliff. We smoked about four joints and watched the Steve-O video, which may have been a bad idea as I began to get the fear, so politely made my excuses and left. On the way home, I decided to stop off at a small convenience store to get some stuff like bread and milk, and of course I had the munchies. As I browsed the shelves I was going to myself "I need bread, I need bread, I need bread, I need bread. I need milk, I need milk I need milk I need milk I need soup I need soup soup soup soup soup. Oh shit, I'm talking to myself! Am I talking to myself? Stop talking to yourself! I'm NOT talking to myself!" I calmed down and politely asked the shopkeeper "Hi. Sorry to sound rude, but have I been talking to myself since I came in here?" He smiled and replied "No Sir, I've not heard you" "Okay, thanks. Cheers" I smiled back. _Why did you ask him THAT?!? He knows you're stoned, now! HE KNOWS YOU'RE STONED!!_ Quickly I grabbed some groceries and snacks and went to pay. As he bagged up my stuff I realise that I am holding one hand on top of my head. This was because I was grinning so broadly that I was afraid that the corners of my mouth were going to go all the way to the back of my head and meet, causing the top of my head to fall off. By now it was already dark (it was winter). I walked home, munching on one of the sweets I had brought. Suddenly, I realised I didn't know where I was, "Shit!" I thought "I must've got confused and headed towards my _old_ address! Where the fuck am I? How long have I been walking? How long have I been eating this liquorice?" In a panic I spun around... and found myself not 50 yards away from the shop I was just in. Now, either I was so high that the two minutes that had elapsed had seemed like two hours, or that I _had_ been walking for two hours and I had been taking teeny-tiny steps.
