As always, it's a pleasure to watch you playing around in blender.

The level seems as if you've spent hours upon hours texturing it, but you make it so simple... Thanks a lot :)

Hi there, you have pretty nice collection of video tuts. It is possible to combine materials with alpha channel on certain part of UV? For example put bolt head with bump+spectacular setting on wooden material with this painting style (like you clone and painted those blank areas)?

Is this for a game? I use Unreal and it has it's own lightmap generation. If any UV's overlap it causes errors. I am trying to build a space station environment for my game. Just trying to get a good modular design or maybe do section by section? I don't know. It is a side scroller and it's hard to imagine the environment plus being able to play it without anything wierd like seeing the outside in some areas and such.

you know the funny thing is, that you could shape beautiful worlds out there in real life, but you lack the ability to be part of the political process, that could give you the possibilities to do so. so thanks for giving up on reality people... how is it, sticking to a miserable matrix anyway? do you have to do it, because your environmental conviction is so hazardous? is fleeing into virtuality actually a good choice? and the decision of making the world a better place too tough, because you're unable to unionize for a better future? if you ccould shape your own world out there, how would you want to contribute? how you think should people behave in order to inspire you and give you a good feeling about this reality? do we need a common standard of behaviour? is too much individualism counterproductive for the greater goal of feeling good within a supporting society? actually we cannot stop being part of society. we can only divide into a subculture, cooking our own soup based on the information that created our traumatized approach and conviction, where we keep on missing the information that would lead towards a common goal of maximized freedom and feel good, becase we don't want to question what once defined our identity. self-actualization and optimization in the interpersonal field is mandatory as we are the gears that cumulate power with each one joining the cause. stop being a cellar dweller. there are so many atmospheres out there to be experienced, so much natural and most importantly PERSISTENT cultural and anthropological beauty to be perceived. directed attention is the real money, the real influence and the real game changer. give the world her beauty. become someone beautiful and lovable, rather than someone, that is just there. the future is ours. let's stop simulating what won't ever exist, start shaping what will ever be, for everyone and for us in return.
