I don't think the little shit was pointing at Tyrion in accusation, I think he was reaching for him, as much as I think they were at odds with each other, Tyrion was the only one who didn't sugar coat things for Joffrey, like others in his life, I think the little shit (yes, that's his name now) was scared, and was reaching out for Tyrion.
